The property was in a perfect location right near the beach and tones of restaurants and bars. The staff and the Manager Minh were exceptionally amazing! Minh made us feel right at home.

Wi-fi in our room didn't work most of the times. Reception/ground floor wi-fi was always excellent but for some strange reason in our flooe we had "no internet".

Staff is awesome and willing to help. Cleaning is done every day. Restaurant is very good and even though it was rainy, the hotel is close to the beach. Also, it's next to some excellent restaurants.

Staff: - Staff can barely communicate in english, even at the reception - the team is too young and maybe unprepared to work in hospitality. Service is poor. Breakfast: - the area is too small for the number of people that the hotel fits. We had to wait for about 15 min on our first day. The western option table can also get a little busy and cramped due to that - they quickly run out of coffee, mugs, fruits etc.. and take too long to refill it - they have a toaster and, not sure why, they kept on turning it off when we were heating it up to toast our breads. Not sure if this is a safety measure, but should definitely be reviewed - there could be signs on where to get cutlery from and also showing that you can ask for scrambled eggs or omelettes. First time there you get a little lost! - the eggs are really nice, but overall the options could improve. I get the feeling they work more on having a wider variety of asian options, given the guests are mostly south Korean and chinese

First of all I highly recommend this hotel due to the value for money. That said, this could be a 10/10 hotel if not for two things: the staff and the breakfast area. The good points: - hotel is new, great infrastructure, well decorated - great location for da Nang, walking distance to the main beach - they provide you with bikes and it is a great ride along the beach - nice food at the bistro - great cleanliness - and the cleaning ladies are super kind - we stayed in a great room - spacious, comfortable, great Aircon.. we also had a washing and drying machine for clothes, which was a great support

One of our best stays during our vacation in Vietnam. The place is at walkable distance to beach. Room had a nice city and beach view. Very clean, neat and spacious. Regular cleaning and comfy beds with study table and night stands. Well equiped room with all amenities such as coat rack, locker, hangers and stand. Staffs were so friendly and welcoming. Great attitude and knowledgeable. Helped us very well with bike rentals and other enquiries. Breakfast spread was quite good and satisfactory. Had options of vietnamese and continental breakfast. The cafe and bistro had a nice and chill vibe at evenings. Great place to relax and have drinks. Special mention to Annie. She helped us when we got stuck at Hoi An(Far from the hotel). When we called the reception for help, she communicated clearly and co-ordinated with others, ensured the situation is sorted out and made sure we reached back the hotel safe. Heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for her efforts and help.

The interaction with the hotel front desk was minimal; no greetings or initiative to offer help, except for the staff that handled our check in. Breakfast cafe was too small an area, the space could not accommodate more than 12 guests comfortably.

It was a comfortable stay. The hotel decorations were fantastic. The bathtub, kettles and hairdryer provided were of good quality and spanking clean. I also like that the bed was not a double bed (2 beds attached together).

Breakfast spread was decent as they had local food and western food, dessert and fruits. Just that seats are quite limited and cater to mostly small group such as 2-3 pax seats. Rooms are quite new, and for a small building, they are quite spacious. Love the contemporary designs in the rooms. Basic necessities are there and rooms and areas in the hotel are clean. Walking distance to the beach. There are many food stalls and marts within walking distance

I absolutely loved this hotel! Room exceeded my expectations, and that view... 😍 Hotel was beautiful and clean, perfect location, extremely friendly staff (especially Annie in reception - and the whole team, and Peter at breakfast)! Breakfast was delicious with both Vietnamese and western offering. 110% recommendation to stay here! I sure will when I return one day. 🥰

the staff was great. Annie and Lizzy were really helpful and patient with me. They were really always taking care of your needs, and so were the other staff members. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff did a realle great job. Delicious food and coffee, great buffet. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel very modern and great location. Wonderful stay.
