Our room with the sea view is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We felt like we could just stay in the room all day. Every staff (Lizzy, Peter, Du, Nile) is super lovely, friendly and helpful. They made us felt so welcome and took good care of us. The daily breakfast at Pama Hotel is exceptional - something we looked forward to each morning!

The moment we opened the door to our room, we were surprised by such a magnificent view of the sun setting over the beach. The size of the room is so big. Peter and Du took such good care of us at the breakfast buffet. We travelled to many different cities during this trip to Vietnam. We would rate Pama our first choice.

The room had no draws. If staying 1 or 2 nights, no problem, but we stayed for a week and felt a little cluttered at times. However, this is not a criticism and it didn't impact on our time at the hotel.

Very helpful staff, especially Peter. Housekeeping was done to a high standard every day by NGUYEN and MY NGA. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely fresh fruit, salads and hot food to choose from. Great location close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars. We ate at the bistro and it was great. The bar has a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholi drinks. Live music in an evening was an added bonus We were that impressed we are considering returning in a couple of weeks.

I really enjoyed spending a week at the Pama Boutique. It is a very modern and stylish hotel with a great bar/cafe downstairs, there was also live music three times during the week in the courtyard which was high quality and accessible. My room was small and perfect with everything one could need and a super comfortable bed with dramatic views. The staff are the best thing about Pama, I cannot pick out individuals because they were all excellent, professional and friendly. So thanks to everyone at Pama and I highly recommend this place.

Hotel does not provide beach towels even though it is very near the beach. They do allow you to take the normal towel from the room though. No pool available which I somehow missed 😬

The hotel is new and modern. Rooms are spacious and very clean. You will find everything you need in the room. The best is the staff of the hotel, very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good with nice selection.

Very good location, close to anything in Da Nang. The hotel remains calm and fancy. The room is very comfortable. We enjoyed a full massage for a cheap price.

The layout of the toilet was inconvenient as the toilet is located within the shower - you have to walk past the shower to get to the toilet. This also means the toilet becomes wet after each shower. The room reeked of cigarette smoke when we first got in, but the staff was helpful and provided a machine to remove the smell. The bar within the hotel played loud booming music until 11pm on Friday night.

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfy beds. The breakfast is varied and so tasty. The hotel is really close to the beach, to all the fun areas of the city. We will be back for sure and stay at the same hotel. Also, there are plenty of marts around the hotel.

The smell in the hallway and in the room is quite weird, but it went away after turning the air condition on. Some workers are very friendly but some are quite cranky.

One of the highlights of my stay at this hotel was the delicious breakfast they served.
