All was great

Amazing location, cheap prices and good service (320k per night, on Booking.com). They were kind to let us check in earlier (10 am vs 12pm normal time) and rented us a motorbike for just 100k VND. Big Rooms with brand new air conditioning system, big balcony and separate kitchen. In addition they brought us our forgotten ID to the train station.

The blankets they use should be thicker. There should be shower gel instead of soap because of bathtub... how to make foams appear with soap

A hidden gem in Hue! We had a lovely stay here the room was massive and the beds so comfy! tThe owner helped us plan our 1 full day in Hue and we rented a moped from her which was a lot cheaper than taxis! We got to use a shower before our evening bus which the owner helped us book and waited with us until it arrived Opposite the hotel there is a little cafe which does the best breakfast (try the shakshuka!)

Great and cheap stay in Hue. The AC had a leakage from the drainage, but they fixed it the next day. The day staff is very friendly, but the night staff is somewhat grumpy.

Actually, I am not sure about breakfast that is mentioned on booking. I noticed that after checking-out and the staff didn't tell me anything. So, it is better to clear up.

A really nice place to stay.a spacious room, a nice balcony, clean bathroom. Good location, there are a lot of cafes and bars nearby. A walking-distance to an embankment. Friendly English-speaking staff.

The kitchen didn't have any utilities, which made it an empty space. It would have been nice to have a few basics like plates and cups in there.

The room was very large and had a great balcony and even a little kitchen. The staff was friendly and organized a very good motor bike for us for a good price.

- could hear people in other rooms walking about but can’t be helped - overall great stay :)

- our room was huge for just two of us we had two double beds and a balcony. - bathroom also had a bath and shower! Was a lovely surprise. All very clean - staff were very nice and helpful - able to hire a motorbike while there. We did had a flat tire but I rang them and someone came and sorted it straight away - booked our transport on with them. No issues. - laundry service - left my charger in the room and didn’t notice. They left it with my bags waiting for me!

I had an awesome stay here. Amazing location and staff were super friendly. I even left something in my room and they were extremely kind and helpful in getting that back to me as quickly as possible. Will be forever grateful for that! They were so accommodative letting us check in early, the room was super spacious and very good value for money. Having our own balcony was an extra bonus. We also booked the bus through them to Savannakhet and it was perfect, would 100% recommend them to anyone!
