Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was excellent, walkable to everything. Room was super clean and comfy. Breakfast was simple but good. This hotel has amazing staff. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially Vivian and Ruby made our stay memorable. They were so helpful and friendly it’s impossible to forget. One thing to appreciate is they agreed to keep my luggage even after checking out and returning from few days of Halog Bay cruise. I would strongly recommend this hotel for a momorable trip in Hanoi.

the staff are so supportive and friendly, some of the nicest people i’ve ever met in fact. they are so knowledgeable and love helping you out on places to visit and how to arrange transport. the value for money is insanely good, there is even free breakfast included! the location is also good - a short walk away from the night markets in the old quarter

They helped me with many things including airport transportation, what to do and even allowed me to check in a little early and check out later. The location is great, situated in the heart of the old quarter so it is easy to walk to many places.

FranceI was looking for a quiet place to stay after a long and exhausting journey, Omina was just that and much more. The hotel is very well kept, clean and tranquille in the otherwise very busy and sometimes overwhelming old quarter. The staff was adorable, super friendly, flexible and very efficient. Special thanks for Ruby and Victor for their availability and friendliness. If you're looking for a bubble of peace to regroup while visiting vibrant Hanoi, this is the place to go ! Cheers

FranceThe hotel itself is not 4* hotel as mentioned. The equipment and price is too expensive (small room), AC a bit smelly. And no window. That was not mentioned in booking
The staff is amazing ! Really helpful, and listening to customers. They are doing their best to help, to help you to discover the city. Staff deserve 10* hotel : Vivian Ruby and Victor were really nice and helpful ! They should be salary increased because of really kind and nice job !
