Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast could use a little more variety day to day. Also, if you are a light sleeper, request a room on the inside to avoid the street noise.
My room was immaculate, up to date and very comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter. The real stars of this property are the staff, who are very welcoming and go out of their way to help you, and Ruby, the proprietor, who always replied quickly to my booking inquiries and requests.

GermanyThis hotel offered the best breakfast I've had in Vietnam so far, with super friendly staff. The freshly made pancakes at breakfast are absolutely awesome! The location is perfect, right in the Old Quarter, making it easy to reach everything quickly, and Train Street is nearby. They even safely stored my luggage for free while I did the Ha Giang Loop tour, and their laundry service was reasonably priced. Everything was so uncomplicated, and they provided an airport transfer at a below-average cost. If you stay here, I recommend asking for a room facing the backyard, as the streets in Hanoi can be busy and noisy at times. I would book here again anytime!

New ZealandNone. Foreign tourists will find the bathroom tiles in most hotels in Vietnam are in the same type of the other areas which is slippery. There was no exception. Just be aware.
Very friendly staff. Lovely and spacious room setting. Android TV works well with your Netflix account. Great selections for breakfast. Victor at the reception gave all the information about the food and restaurants in the local. area informative and help. Very informative and helpful. Absolutely we will come back.

This little hotel is fabulous! Great location next to numerous restaurants, shops, salons - convenience store right next door. Train street, the murals and Banh Mi 25 are right next to the hotel and its only a 12 minute lovely walk to the lake passing the hustle and bustle of the old quarter The room was spacious, brightly lit and very clean. Good air-con and fridge and a safe in the room. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. The TV has Netflix, Amazon and YouTube which is welcome fiora relaxing evening in should you need one. The WiFi in room was fast with no issues. The bathroom was also brightly lift, clean with constant hot water and powerful shower. Teas, coffee, water and toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) were supplied. There is a good hairdryer in the bathroom and an iron was always available on request. A map.of Hanoi is available at reception which makes sightseeing easy. There is a lift too. Best of sll were the staff! E, Tanh, Christian and Linh were all so friendly, kind and supportive. They went over and beyond to make my stay so safe and enjoyable. They spoke excellent English which made communication so easy and made my plans in Hanoi so much easier with their support and guidance. These guys are honestly such valuable assets to the hotel. Their kindness and hospitality will always be remembered. I will definitely be returning and will say to anyone thinking to book to not hesitate! Thank you Omina team
