During our 3 week south east Asia trip, we only stayed at 5 star hotels. This hotel was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at. From start to finish, we had excellent service from every staff member and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The executive suite is luxurious and was perfect for our family of four. Lounge access is a must…you won’t regret it. The food is delicious and there was always ample seafood and exotic fruits. While other places may have a larger spread, this hotel provides only quality food…and I would much rather have quality ingredients and well-done entrees than a vast variety of so-so dishes. We looked forward to their breakfast and dinner daily…in fact, it made it difficult for us to explore cuisines outside of the hotel. The hotel anticipated all our needs before we knew we needed anything. They also provided us with a boxed meal for an early flight back home!

Hmmm… nothing

It does what is says on the tin. This is a high class joint where everything works and is lovely. Staff are brilliant; efficient and friendly. Beautiful rooms and subtle but v effective AC. Pool, gym and spa were all used and are great. 10th floor bar and terrace was super chilled. Breakfast was brilliant and, as a special bonus, proper UK chipolatas. So, real Full English available! It may not be the cheapest but it is worth it. This place is proper decent.

We have stayed here a few times through the years. First time was probably more than 20 years ago, The place still great as it was before. We chose this place because of its central location. You can't beat the location here. We were worried that the property might have gone down but it did not disappoint. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Saigon.

The club access was wonderful! The food/drinks were great and such good quality. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. All staff were professional and friendly. The location of the hotel was brilliant. We also enjoyed the hotel spa, gym and pool.

The staff provided assistance whenever needed, and always look to go above and beyond. Nothing negative to say here.

Very attentive staff and a lovely facility. The Club Lounge staff provided a great experience, and made delicious cocktails for the evening dinner and cocktail hour. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it seemed large and serene. The rooms were very soundproof from the noisy streets below.
