We loved staying here, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff are super welcoming, fabulous breakfast and well located close to eateries and not far from the river. The staff helped us book a really good tour of the city as well.

The property is old, facilities are old fashion. Quality of Breakfast is quite poor, boring and not variety. Everyday is the same. And the F&B staffs are not courteous, low standard, the lady who serving at hot dishes and eggs is really not suitable for hospitality. Except some staffs at Front Office are friendly, the guy at Concierge is helpful and friendly.

Location is very good, right in the heart of the night street.

Location is right in front of a club, which can be a little hard to fall asleep to but you can expect this. Ear plugs are provided so they did think of this ahead of time.

Location was very prime, and the room was very clean and tidy. AC worked very well during the 40c heat wave. Staff are very friendly and attentive, included breakfast was also delicious

Our stay in Rosaleen Boutique Hotel was amazing. The hotel is at the heart of Hue city where so many restaurants and cafe are located nearby. The room is very clean, the staff are super friendly and they greeted us all the time. Our room included breakfast in which the choices are superb.

We had a balcony room which was nice to overlook the streets but it was very very noisy at night due to the nearby nightclub. There were earplugs on our side tables so it has obviously been a problem for many. We did get off to sleep quite well though as we were exhausted from our days.

The room was very roomy and comfortable and the location of the hotel was fantastic as it was right in amongst the restaurants and shops etc. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful with organising private vehicles for us and anything else that we needed.

From you window and balcony you can see and here a night club, which plays music really loud. But with the earplugs we had nice sleep.

The hotel is next to restaurants, bars & a nigth club. The room was big and spacious. The staff were really nice and polite. In the breakfast they had asian and some western options. The pool and jaquzzi was nice, even the pool was quite shallow.

Our stay in Rosaleen Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making sure you have a great experience while traveling in Vietnam. Although we stayed only for a night, Mr Ton That Bao and Mrs Ngoc helped us organize our trip from Hue to Hoi An, which was a unique experience. The hotel is in a very good location, clean and with the good facilities. Totally recommend booking your accommodation at Rosaleen Hotel!

This is a lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff is so helpful. Our room was large with lots of light. There was a nightclub across the street which was pretty noisy. There is a pool and a hot tub. There was not enough seats at the pool unfortunately. The breakfast next door has lots of choices, not and cold food. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of the night markets. The beds were really comfy and rooms were exceptionally clean. Staff were excellent, we were there well before check in time due to taking an over night bus, they let us use the pool and all the hotel facilities and even got our room ready early (which we were not expecting in the slightest). Overall highly recommended

The room we got the first night was unfortunately in front of a club with live music for part of the night, so we had some problems to sleep but they changed it and upgraded it free of charges when we mentioned it so they handled the situation well.

Beautiful room and venue but the best thing is the staff, so attentive and passionate about their job, we really felt pampered! It was my birthday one of the days I was there and they surprised me with a mini cake with my name in it, birthday song and a mini celebration at the reception! I really reccomend it!

It is a very good hotel in the middle of the town. We had a very good stay and would book it again. Unfortunately they had constructions on our floor and it they started around 8 o‘clock in the morning. We became a discount and they apologized.
