Very nice hotel. Excellent amenities. Really comfy rooms with clean facilities. Excellent location for tourists in the old quarter.The staff were amazing! They went above and above to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Every member of the staff was really helpful in all departments. The Gym/Pool attendant was a gentleman. Anh and Harrison at reception were great, going out of their way to help me arrange trips, find restaurants, make our stay more comfortable, and generally making us feel at home. The housekeepers were kind and helpful.They are an incredible crew who did everything possible to look after us! They are excellent in their jobs. Thank you.

The central rooms have windows into the common hallway, even the bathroom, with frosted glass but, you could still see in and need to keep the blinds down at all times. Of course it's noisy outside, you're on one of the main streets, but so close to all the great sights.

The staff went out of their way to help us arrange things in the very bustling centre of Hanoi.

The location is ideal for shopping & great spa places to get massages. the breakfast buffet is beautiful. we are coming back for more stay on this trip.

They did everything to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast and the choices were great. Every staff member was really helpful in every department. Alex, Inh and Judy at the reception were fantastic and went out of the way to help me when I lost my phone in the city. They are amazing team who did everything possible to look after our family! We had a fabulous stay at the Meritel. It is right in the middle of the old quarter. We stayed in one of the balcony rooms, so it was a large room and on the 8th floor (not noisy at night). I loved the outside balcony although it would be even better if it had a shade cover. The breakfast was great and had an egg station. The bed was super comfy and the shower had great water pressure. Jelly was very helpful and got us sorted with reserving tix for the water puppet theatre (make sure you go at least 20 mins early to pick up your tix). The hotel is also around the corner from Train Street.

All hotels have four walls and a roof, but not all hotels have amazing staff. This hotel has amazing staff. Staff are friendly, kind, caring, and beautiful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and tidy. The hotel is in a fantastic location. We will be returning back next year.

Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my husband's birthday and the staff decorated the bed with roses and even prepared a little birthday surprise. We had a lovely terrace, were we could enjoy the sunset. I loved the rooftop bar and the cocktails. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel had everything we needed.

The staff makes this hotel special. They give a personal touch with their service and communication. The hotel vibe and aesthetic are also amazing. Everything was on theme even to the smallest detail. The location is a 5-minute walk to train Street :) Most importantly, the food is great! The presentation gives it an extra push. My tip is to order from their Vietnamese menu and not the International menu- you're in Vietnam anyway so order their food!!

The hotel has a nice modern design with spacious rooms. It is located close to the iconic train station street. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to organise a surprise room decoration for our friend hens. The staff are responsive and helped us so promptly. Thank you for the lovely stay! Highly recommend hotel if you are in Hanoi.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

We had a fantastic stay here - all the staff is wonderful especially Jelly who helped us with food recommendations and getting tickets to the water puppet show. The location is great as we were walking distance from the lake, many food options, and train street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here! We also appreciated the air conditioned lobby as not all our stays had this in Vietnam.

Breakfast had a lot of variety but the quality was not the best. Steam room entry not included in hotel price.

Very comfortable, great little gym. Staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
