When we were checking out, the receptionist accused us of making a towel so dirty that it could not be cleaned, but we had just spilled some green tea – which is provided by the hotel and who’d you are allowed to drink in the room – on it. The issue was resolved quickly after we explained that the towel is stained with tea.

The room was big, perfectly clean, and organized in a beautiful way. It was on floor 23, so we had a great view of Hue and the Perfume River. The staff spoke good English and were friendly and helpful.

The room had a great view. The hotel is well situated fairly close to the walking street and close enough to the historic sites. The hotel was great for amneties and felt like a well run hotel. The discount at the sky bar is a nice touch.

Hands down this is the BEST hotel in Hue. It is the most coveted location and you can spot it from anywhere in Hue. The rooms are beautiful and the views are to die for. BEST Sky Bar not just in Hue but all of Vietnam. We stayed for my birthday and they made it extra special. The pool is amazing!

Absolutely stunning stay at this gem of a villa located a 5 min walk away from the beach. Beautifully clean rooms and exceptionally friendly staff that went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were served a delicious breakfast made to order each morning with fresh fruit and smoothies as well as pancakes and eggs. The pool was lovely and very peaceful. Very easy to get a grab into Hoi An for around 45k-100k vnd depending on the time. We were very pleased we stayed here as Hoi An centre seemed very busy and was not necessary to stay there when it was so easy to taxi in. The staff provided lots of info on tours etc and were happy to help with any queries we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we return to Hoi An!

Parking area: Very difficult and inconvenient parking area. Definitely not for newbie. I hate how narrow the entrance is. Low ceiling and dimmed light. Room layout: weird arrangement for bed and desk, i guess because of the room shape. It causes uncomfortable feelings.

Excellent 5 star hotel in the centre of Hue in the tallest building in this part of town overlooking the city in all directions. Ticks all the boxes when it came to everything you might expect of a hotel of this quality. Staff were impeccable, facilities were great, room was very clean and had everything you could need. Price was also very reasonable (although as expected a tad bit more expensive than the average hotel in Vietnam but definitely good value for money given what you’re getting for your stay).

That was by far the best stay and the best breakfast we had during our 3 weeks in Vietnam! We arrived short before 5 AM in the morning and the people in the hotel were so nice, we could use the pool and showers from 6 AM on to fresh up a little before we went exploring the city and check-in at 2 PM. Would reall love to come back :-)
