The time here was great. The family was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool great and the breakfast delicious. Is a bit far from the town but the neighbourhood is quite and beautiful, and they give you bikes to use for free.

They have a little library that you can take books to read. Owners were incredibally helpfull, not just with renting questions, but with everything else like booking a massage for us with lover price, helping to fix bicycle and every other question that we had.

It's always a pleasure to stay there. Cozy atmosphere, warm and welcomming familiy, nice rooms and property. Tasty food, motorbike rental and transportation to/from Da Nang are available at an affordable price.

Everything about the property is just amazing. We turned up in Hoi A before 6am but the family were already up and made up a lovely breakfast which was needed after a long bus journey. Nhung went through with us all of the activities and tours to do while we were in Hoi An, gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and also organised our transport to Hue. The property is just out of town which means it’s nice and quiet and the bicycles are free to use and it’s only a 5-minute ride into town (or a leisurely 30-minute walk). They do book exchange here to with a lot of good English books which is cool too. When/if we come back to Hoi An we’ll definitely be back here!

Comfortable beds, hot and quite powerful shower, smart TV with Netflix, fridge, kettle & mugs, free toiletries, nice banana pancakes for brekkie for 40k, free bicycles, nice location away from the busy/hectic parts of town and lovely family who run it.

We had a brilliant 3 night stay at the Little Library while in Hoi An. Nhung and her family are so kind, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are really nice and well kept, the bathroom is great too. Using the bikes was a nice extra and meant that we were able to explore around Hoi An really easily! Friendly and comfortable homestay. We stayed for a week and had a lovely time. The room was spotless, the beds were comfy, the TV even had Netflix which was a nice surprise. The pool was great and there were two balconies we could sit out on on our floor. The villa is a short walk or grab ride away from the centre of Hoi An. They were kind enough to help us by organising a transfer back to Da Nang for 250K. Thank you :) ❤️

Lovely big room with a comfy bed and smart TV. The host family are so lovely and accommodating and the food is really good too. We loved that the stay was a little out of the centre, it was really peaceful, but also only 20 minute walk to the main attractions.

Nothing, this was excellent value for money

This is a really lovely place to stay, the room was clean, bright and airy and the bed was comfortable. The hosts are extremely friendly offering advice on things to do etc. they were also more than happy to arrange a taxi for us back to the station. The location is great, a little outside of the main old town which is very busy, so it's lovely and peaceful but takes very little time to cycle into the main area on the bikes they provide for free

I loved everything

This hotel is incredible. The place is so clean and the rooms are big and lovely. Nhung and her family are so accommodating and really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They gave us brilliant advice on the best things to do around Hoi An and showed us the best tailor to get clothes made (which we were really happy with). Nhung also helped my partner send a parcel back home which made our lives a lot easier. The hotel is a bit out of the old town but they provide bikes for free so you can be in the centre in 10 minutes ! Everything is flat so the cycle is easy and beautiful the whole way. Personally I think it’s best to be a bit out of the old town as it is very loud and busy. The food was also amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough, i would give 11 stars if I could. Can’t wait to come back!

I liked everything!

I loved everything about this property! Nhung (the host) is incredible, and it feels like you’re getting welcomed into a family (though they also give you plentyyy of space if you like). The rooms are honestly better then expected and incredible showers with hot water and good water pressure. They also offer home-cooked meals, all you do is ask ahead of time and Nhung will prepare it for you whenever you’d like (I got breakfast every day there. She would start making it as soon as I headed downstairs). There’s a menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner but she’s also flexible and if there’s something else you’d like, and she has the ingredients/can make it, she will if you ask :) this was a fantastic touch, especially since it’s also affordable! They do bookings for tours and such at reception, too. I went on a tour through the guesthouse to Cham Islands and it was perfect and nicely organized. I also asked for recommendations for a tailor and she recommended Corner Tailors who were absolutely fantastic! There’s a cute little pool and deck out front, free bicycles for guests, toiletries, etc! The location can’t be beat. It’s about a 20 minute walk/8 minute bicycle ride from Old Town and 20 minute bicycle ride from the beach. It was super quiet, with a great coffee shop across the street and some of the best bahn mis right next door too! The place is nothing super fancy or anything, but couldn’t have felt more at home in Hoi An and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else ❤️

Pool was quite murky but only in a suncream kind of way

The bed was the comfiest we’ve had in Vietnam and the breakfast was the best we’ve had also at such an amazing price. (40K for most options). Location was fab 10 mins to the beach and 10 mins to town. Motorbike hire was easy 120k for 24hrs but the host was fab and let us do 80k for Half a day and filled the petrol back up for us.

Everything! Location is perfect if you do not want to be in the middle of It. Owners cannot be nicer, they Will do anything for you to be Happy. Free bikes, great breakfast, Laundry, tours & bus tickets... Highly recommended!

All was really good, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing. The location is good and quiet, you can go to the downtown on a bike or scooter. The wifi is fast to work remote. I was there for a week and I enjoyed everything. I 100% recommend this place.

Affordable price with good facilities. The host and family were all really nice and made us feel very welcome! The bikes were really convenient to have access to and we really enjoyed getting around by bike. The banana pancakes were also delicious!
