A bit more cleaning would appreciated

I think the staff takes the cake here, super attentive and always with a smile on their face. If I come ever back again, it will primarily be for the staff.

The pool area is quite small but the water was nice and cool

The location was fantastic..just a short walk to old town and the night markets etc..lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff were so lovely and the breakfast had so many choices. Our room was great and a good size with a small balcony looking over the river.

Sally at reception was our introduction to the Lantana Boutique and she was an absolute delight. All the staff couldn't do enough for you The Hotel itself was well situated. Only a few minutes walk to night markets and restaurants. Room was clean and nicely presented. The breakfast buffet was well stocked for any taste I would definitely stay here again

It was not worth changing money at the hotel due to the poor exchange rate but we easily found an ATM from which to withdraw money.

The hotel is located a short walk away from Hoi An old town. We enjoyed the breakfast options and having a drink on the outdoor terrace. Our son loved the pool and going on a bicycle ride on the bikes we rented.

A better spread of the breakfast would definitely be most welcomed. Can't really expect more since its a small boutique hotel.

location is just nice...walking distance to ancient city. Thought it would be great if the hotel would offer free use of the bicycle instead.

A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. Very friendly and accommodating. So much to choose from for breakfast and on the first morning they let us eat early because we had a tour to go on. Hubby had a massage which he highly rated. All the staff were fantastic. The hotel is in a great location and very pretty looking out to the canal. Highly rate this place.

The Lantana is a pretty boutique hotel in the center of tourists packed hoi an. You will appreciate the peace of the place. The hotel is very clean and the service is very attentive. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location

This was our favourite hotel in Vietnam. Lovely room with a fantastic view of the river from our balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had lots of advice about attractions, bike routes and restaurants. They were also helpful in booking out airport transport. Breakfast was varied and tasty. We really enjoyed the pool after a bike ride. Comfortable bed and the best shower of our trip.

The pool was too cold (it doesnt get any sun). We were really disappointed with lunch the day we arrived. It mentioned on the menu that food is served from 11- 9pm but we were the only ones in the restaurant @ 2.30pm and took an hour for food to arrive. It finally arrived and was very poor. One of the family members saw the chef arrive 30 min after we ordered so that might have had something to do with it. Our Aircon didnt cool down the whole 4 nights we were there which was also disappointing..

Sally was exceptional. She really looked after our family of 9 and went out of her way to help out with tours. Our family loved the hotel overlooking the river and how close it was to everything. It was a great Oasis from the business of old town. The rooms were nice, the balcony was fantastic and all staff were amazing. Even though there were a few minor issues with food, and air con we recommend this hotel for its awesome service and value for money.

Tha shower in the bath was probably not necessary,a little bit awkward for older people.Breakfast was a little below standard

The room smelled a little musty and air conditioning was just adequate. Free bicycles were in poor condition.

Location was very good, close to everything but not busy. Breakfast was plentiful and breakfast room was lovely. Transportation from the airport worked out very well.
