It was an honest mistake miscalculating the distance from the airport, I thought it would be good to be near the airport but it was a mistake that it is 21km away from the city center, and it cost me a lot to get grab taxi going to and coming back to the hotel. Lesson learned I need to check the distance first.

We traveled from Sapa and arrived at the property at 5 in the morning, so went to bed straight away and woke up a little late so we missed breakfast time. But we managed to ask for breakfast from the lobby and served us egg sandwich in our room, which filled us up. The staff are very helpful too.

There's nothing wrong with talking about this place, everything was very good.

The place was incredible, it was really a wonderful experience which we recommend 100% the staff was very friendly from our arrival, they help you with absolutely everything. So you can count on them 24 hours a day, the food is super delicious.

The location found it very hard and expensive to get to, almost damaging the Ubers car. The bath also didn’t have any bath petals, wine and grapes as shown in picture and nothing to fill the bath with other than hot water. There also was a cat meowing all night and roaming the top floor and I’m allergic to cats

Card machine was temporarily out of service - I would’ve liked to know this so I came with cash to pay. Thankfully, the lovely staff member told me I could pay by stopping by an ATM in the morning on the way to the airport. Otherwise I would’ve been out of luck

They don't provide their own car from hotel. We opted their airport drop off and they were so late due to rain and told us the cab they called was asking more. I mean I asked for the car from hotel and paid for it but instead they tried booking a cab. Of course this blunder had to happen.

I know people can smoke wherever in Vietnam but my room smelled like smoke which I didn’t love but that’s my only complaint

Clean and convenient that they serve food (for a good price). Also nice that the staff could book an airport car for me. The staff were so friendly!

Bedsheets were uncomfortable - but I am very sensitive to this.

Location close to the airport but far enough away to be away from a ‘city’. We enjoyed a walk into the local market to buy fruit. Beautifully decorated spacious room. Staff were wonderful.

The wall to the toilet is glass so it’s a bit weird to see someone peeing if you shared the room with a partner 😂 a translucent sticker would be ideal!

They don’t accept credit card.

The wide glass window makes it look spacious and the bathtub beside it is a good spot to meditate and relax while looking outside. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They picked and drop us to and from the airport. They answered all our concerns and even gave us ideas on how we can save.

Nothing else in the area.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. Communication with staff through google translate but very friendly. Lunch and dinner was delivered to our room. Close taxi to airport for about 130k
