The first room we had, where there were no windows. On our return from Halong Bay we were able to get a better and brighter room.

The closeness to the old city and its street food. The friendly and helpful staff. The spa treatment and the good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. They also arranged excellent city tours for us which are highly recommendable.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed in. Excellent staff especially Quyenh and Cham, who behaved very nicely and elegantly, with their guests. They assure that all the guests get a very good hospitality . A very good heated pool. Very clean and tidy room. Hotel staff give clear advices and guides about the tourist activities and events that happened in town.

- Our first room was slightly underwhelming, but the staff were able to upgrade us to a better room with a balcony. If I was booking again, I’d invest in a nicer room for a truly luxurious stay

- Very high quality, varied food with enough veggie options. The rooftop bar has a perfect view over the city - Super friendly staff who are on hand for anything you need to make your stay perfect. They helped arrange laundry service and gave advice about what activities we should consider - Bedroom itself is spacious with a very large, comfy bed - Location is ideal - no more than a five minute walk from lots of central activities (puppet show, etc) - Big pool with jacuzzi section - Staff helped make a birthday celebration with cake and balloons

We had been let down by a previous property in Hanoi and walked passed La Siesta and enquired about rooms, this place was amazing! So accommodating, good facilities and even helped us out with a breakfast box for our early flight departure! This place treated us like kings and I’d highly recommend.

I had an incredible stay! The hotel exceeded all my expectations, especially thanks to the attentive and genuinely caring staff who went above and beyond to make my visit unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, though sound could occasionally carry from nearby rooms – but it didn’t affect my experience much. The location was perfect, and the facilities were top-notch, making it an ideal retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless stay – the hospitality here truly stands out!

The breakfast room is small so often crowded and the staff did not provide information on what was available so I completely missed there was an egg station in the corner of the room until after I had eaten on my last day.

The hotel was excellent. Very high standard of service, cleanliness and the room was large and very comfortable. It was also very quiet and I slept brilliantly. I also enjoyed the spa, having the massage and facial package. I would highly recommend it. I also arrived very early in the morning and the hotel were really accommodating with my luggage, even letting me use the pool and facilities whilst I waited for my check in time. The location is also excellent; walking distance from the main attractions and in the heart of the old quarter.

The only thing is that my room with ‘internal window’ is effectively a window facing out to a 50cm gap between buildings, so it was very dark. Granted, there were plants and it was clear that the hotel tried their best to make it look nice and it was fine, but don’t expected meaningful natural day light coming in.

Great location within the Old Quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very welcoming, especially the manager (I think) at the breakfast who took time to chat with each table and seemed genuinely interested in the guests. The room was very spacious, shower pressure was great, and generally pretty comfortable.
