Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOur little family had the most amazing stay at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung. We stayed twice in September and if we go back to Hanoi we will be looking no further than this special place! Room- We stayed in the club suite and the room and balcony were perfect for an oasis to watch the city from above. The rooms were clean, fresh, with natural light, it felt very comfortable. Location- perfectly situated in the old quarter, we spent our days walking around the city and were able to access everything very easily. Buffet breakfast- the breakfast was delicious, it really felt like the chefs were excited to cook different things each day! Staff- the staff are caring and kind, they all made a lot of effort to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time in Hanoi- thank you!! 10/10, 5 stars 😌

We was given a great apartment type room. Also the staff gave my 12 year old son a birthday cake and made a fuss of him. We never told the staff it was his birthday. It really was a surprise.

Amazing hotel and superb location close to everything by foot. Staff are super friendly especially chatty Trâm Nguyen… very informative. Breakfast was excellent. Gym was a bonus. There’s also a nice clean swimming pool but didn’t get a chance to use it. If you’re Indian then 5 mins walk to a restaurant called GUJRAT is great too… definitely recommended

This was a fabulous place to stay , my first trip to Vietnam Close to everything a tourist wants to see The rooms are amazing big comfy beds and pillows Staff could not have been more helpful they made our stay relaxed and we felt like family Richard in particular was so helpful arranging accommodation for us for Halong Bay and the rest of our trip even flights He kept us safe even as a Typhoon was coming he stayed calm but was determined to protect us Thank you to all of the staff Restaurant House keeping Bar Pool Reception Everyone was fabulous We will definitely be back

TurkeyThe experience itself and the comfort level is high, personnel is very attentive and client-oriented. The room was clean, facilities are great. Breakfast has a diverse number of dishes. Altogether this is a rare combo in Hanoi. The hotel was worth the money paid and I would definitely recommend to stay here (and I've been to many other hotels in Hanoi so have a lot to compare). Also the location is good - many shops, coffee and food places around.

I could not fault this hotel!! I’m a female solo traveller — the location, service, the room, the best (oh my, the best bed I’ve ever slept in a hotel), breakfast, the staff. All brilliant — I have stayed in many hotels, you will not be disappointed staying here. Walking distance within Old Quarter, easy to find on maps, very very clean!

The food was delightful, the facilities were superb, and the staffs are outstanding! Throughout my stay, they were consistently friendly, attentive, and wonderfully professional. I especially enjoyed the breakfast conversations with the restaurant staff and the pleasant chats with Huyen Anh (if I remember her name correctly), the receptionist with the stylish glasses and excellent English accent. And obviously, a well-deserved 5-star review for the manager - whose name, I confess, has slipped my mind - who handled my slightly imprecise booking with grace and professionalism
