We love our stay here! The facilities were great and so nice to have a restaurant on site, but there were also lots of other restaurants and cafes a short walk away! The staff were all so friendly and helpful it was great!

- warm water- really don’t know the rule when it is, and when it’s not. Hard to regulate.

Absolutly beautiful place, with great garden and swimming pool. Even there are like 30 rooms/ Bungalows you don’t see the crowds. The well grown garden make it feel quite private and calm. Even the object was fully booked- it wasn’t too loud. It was so nice, that we decided to stay longer. Bar/ Restaurant with few really nice dishes.

Everything was great!

Is a nice , clean and beautiful resort.. the swimming pool was clean .. it has a restaurant and a bar on site.the staff is friendly and helpful, close to other restaurants and coffe shops !

Not too much to complain about, maybe the basin sink could have more throughout though. Another thing is not specific to the hotel but be prepared for infrequent however unexpected power outages on the island. The hotel used a generator to power the rooms but ATMs can be unavailable through the day.

The personnel were doing their best. They had always been kind and caring through our stay. There was a decent choice of meals for the breakfast (included in price), banana pancakes was especially good. The territory was clean, and the kids liked the pool. The location is not bad. The beach is around 10-15 min walk, ATM and shops with all the essentials are around the corner. Cosy family cafe across the road.

Loved the location, had real village feel to it. Staff were friendly and helpful, not speaking much English, but google translate did the job. Breakfast had European and Vietnamese options, plenty to eat. Room was nice and spacious. Lots of restaurants and bars 2 minute walk away. Sea 10 minute walk away. We rented a scooter from the hotel and that was great way to get around the island. They gave us long rent deal 120k per day. You can pay for everything with card, they charge you 3% interest, which is normal. We loved the hotel and would love to come back!!!

A lovely resort in a great location - lots of restaurants and cafes just outside the gate and just a short walk down to the beach. The staff were very friendly and the resort has a nice relaxing vibe.

The beds are firm. However surprisingly I slept quite well. There are no bicycles available to borrow or rent which was a little disappointing. It would have been very handy.

The staff, the location, the peaceful tropical grounds and the pool. Located in Ong Lang about 500m from the public beach. (An easy walk) Be warned the public beach is a small stretch of Sand. However , it was clean and the water clear and warm. You can hire sunbeds at the coco beach resort. The resort is 3 star so basic but very clean and really everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the Tree house ( on the same road to the beach). Midori was also good. (The pizza was great) Little Hanoi corner across the road also good. The coffee was great.

The perfect Service of Staff and Owner. Very helpfully managed the Taxi Transfer to and from Airport/Hotel. Nice room, very Clean and perfect breakfast including eggs and noodle soup. Good Location with many good Restaurants. Thank's for all !

If you don’t mind a 15min scooter ride to the center, this place is perfect

The property is stunning, the people who work there were so helpful and super kind. They were amazing!! The rooms are super clean and beautiful. It is paradise. The property comes with 2 cute kitties who run the show, and 2 puppies who beg for a belly rub. The perfect stay.

Everything was value for money live music everyday but it doesn't disturb the sleeping zone. Staff are kind and make very quiet environment, which for me and my family was a luxury. Thank you staff and will recommend my friends.

Only one thing unfortunately!… The bed is a concrete floor !the mattress is just too hard!…

As above a top place Another lovely beach front hotel with cottages up the same lane is very similar bit smarterr with own bit of beach. Drawback is, it's $180 a night for something not much different

This is a lovely peacefull great value family hotel homestay in a lovely quiet village with all facilities including ATM by the entrance. La Casa will also give cash against virtual contactless cards. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast fresh cooked and big choice. The garden is almost zen like and the pool well maintained clean quiye large and excellent. This place is a Haven if like me I had been all over Vietnam and Cambodia for 40 days and just wanted to chill here total relax. The main town on the island is 20 mins 10 kilometre by cab or scooter. Location is perfect

I can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like about the property. If I was to return to Phu Quoc I would happily stay there again and would recommend it to others. If I wanted to try and think of something which could have improved my stay it would be to have a slightly greater choice of fresh fruit at breakfast and a choice of something other than jam to go with the pancakes and toast but that’s because I personally don’t like jam.

The little bungalow type accommodation we stayed in was really lovely. Very spacious with a lovely little sitting area outside. Although the bar was well frequented with a nice lively atmosphere our rooms were really peaceful. The gardens and greenery made sitting outside the room or by the pool very pleasant indeed. The property was in easy walking distance of the nearest beach.

The motorbike they had available to rent wasn’t in a very good condition so on the second day I decided to rent an outside bike but they helped me get it.

Lovely helpful staff, best banana pancakes ever, very pleasant environment. I had a problem with the ferry getting cancelled because of the weather and the staff went the extra mile to help me extend my stay and book a flight for the next day. The best thing was the two adorable kittens and puppies they had running around the garden and playing with the guests.

Staff were nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable, free water everyday for you also which is great! The pool wasn’t open, not sure as it wasn’t summer season but we didn’t hear any of the work going on in it so wasn’t a problem. Can order a bike at the hotel and everything is just a 15 minute drive away. Many restaurants and convenience store 5 minute walk away. Would stay again!

Cons: Limited breakfast choices, away to city center but there is free bus going direct to city center.

Pros: People are friendly and helpful. Resort is great. Cafe nearby is amazing. Restaurants nearby and great. I suggest doing safari and buy ticket from Reception.

For a resort it looks run down. The photos here don’t show how it really looks. The pool is not well maintained, kinda looking nasty green already. The garden needs attention. Beware of the “breakfast included” if you expect something big, is not, it is just eggs, bread and juice. It’s just general maintenance and some love that will make this place look like a resort again. Right now it doesn’t. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our time in the island.

It is a cozy place and the staff lady was super nice. The bungalow we got was spacious. Although if you don’t like firm beds you might not like it. The best restaurant ever “Tree house” is walking distance :)

It’s very quiet at night so it’s suitable for those who are looking for peaceful place . There was no soundproof so I heard many kids yelling and laughing outside when they were playing at the pool

The staff is friendly and helpful. She introduced me the good restaurant and made us feel at home. The pool is clean and big. The resort has many trees and flowers . I like seeing tree plainsong in the bathroom

The bed could do with a little more comfort
