We really have no complaints, it was value for money and what we were looking for.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and a delicious breakfast personally cooked up on the rooftop each morning was a great way to start the day. Rooms were very clean and great value for money.

The room was big and spacious, clean and tidied every day with complimentary water. The staff was very nice and friendly, one of them offered to buy for me this local snack that wasn't easy to find, so I was very grateful. The breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Location is very convenient, quiet but close to everything.

Bed/pillows a bit hard (I know that's personal choice). Fan is the bathroom was really dirty. I felt the word luxury in the title was a bit of an overstatement because its all looking a bit tired - but none of this is a complaint, more an observation.

A very clean, comfortable and very spacious hotel in an excellent location in District One. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and a range of hot dishes individually prepared. On the last day, it was very much appreciated when the owner said to just use the room for the day rather than checking out at the usual time. We were then able to shower and relax before our evening flight home to Australia. We highly recommend this hotel for the personable service provided.

If hotel management know the time of arrival then they can start the AC few hour eariler than customer arrives. This will make the room comfortable.

We felt fortunate to have found and stayed at this hotel for our trip to Saigon this year. The manager, Mr. Tuấn and the entire staffs are very friendly, and helpful. Like all the reviews from other patrons at the hotel, the location, room cleanliness and comfort, breakfast, staffs services are room cost, etc. are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were happy with the property and no real negative comments to give.

The location was good, very close to everything, but also located in a quieter street so not noisy. Our room was facing the back of the building so it was good for getting a full nights sleep. The aircon worked well so the room got nice and cold. Room was cleaned daily with fresh water and towels left for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay.

Very good experience, family owned and truly interested in our comfort and satisfaction. Owner was on desk in morning and even called the tour company we were meeting and made arrangements to get picked up at hotel.

Everything is good as per expectation the shop eating area are all available and very easy to access the area. Macdonald also very near by only 5 minutes walking distance.

As per hotel standard. The staff are very friendly and co-operative. Bar located at 8 floor and very windy. Nice view from the top of the hotel. They communicate well in English language with foreigner.
