We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaOur room was spacious, clean and modern. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and we had delicious Bánh Mi for breakfast every day. We could rent bicycles for free to go to the old town (approximately 10 min away from the villa if you take the bicycle). There is a gym within one minute walking distance which was very convenient!

DenmarkThe smallest elevator I have ever tried. 😁 The pool is next to the road so it can be really loud. It is a little far away from the center/ ancient town by foot but if you use the app "Grap" then it is not a big problem.
Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fancy shower with 4 different functions. Large comfy bed.

I like how it's situated in a quiet neighborhood, good for a decent morning run. Sweet coffee spots and dainty water features around. Very friendly staff, requests are easily granted amidst the imperfections.

Slightly tired with some decor, but very clean and staff were really helpful. Not too far away from any tourist attractions coconut boats etc etc but really easy to get around using grab. AustraliaRoom does not have a washing machine like Booking.com is advertising, but they do offer to wash your laundry. A bit far from the old town, but easy with a scooter, or you can take one of the free bikes. Also if you remove the key card all electricity goes off in the room, also fridge - don't store food there that can go off 😆
Very lovely staff! Very clean and quiet (if the neighbours don't sing karaoke all day) 😉 Lovely pool. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning!

United KingdomNot a dislike as such but the walk into the old town is quite a way in the heat. Grab taxis are very cheap though + readily available. No gym even though booking.com says there is. There is a gym very close by though for 50,000vd a day
Great hotel. The room was lovely and very clean, great facilities. The lighting was great and a good sized balcony. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating, cheap and fast laundry service too. Good choice for breakfast including hot/cold drinks. Pool area is small but nice and relaxing. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Above all else the staff are fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay here

Everything was great. We could borrow bikes for free and it's a short ride away from the centre which makes it a quiet place where to sleep. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The balcony was nice too. The staff was very friendly, the made us take away breakfast because one of our tours was very early in the morning. We could choose to take away the Cao Lau noodles for breakfast which was amazing. There was a pool but we didn't have the chance to use it.

Lovely staff. Great location, between the beach and the Old Town. The free bikes are great- easy to cycle to the beach, or into the Old Town. Can also walk into the Old Town - it takes about -10 minutes. Lovely pool. The rooms are very clean. Freshly cooked breakfast in the morning.

United KingdomThe hotel was modern and kept very clean at all times. The rooms are spacious and cleaned throughly every day! The staff went above and beyond for us while we were staying there. Breakfast was included in the price but finished at 10 which we almost missed one day but they instead brought it up to the room for us! They are very helpful with sorting other services for you as well such as laundry and airport transfers! Would highly recommend this hotel as it is a great price for what you get!
