No lift so we have to carry our luggage to the top floor. But it is not a problem for us as we often travel light. Also, we didn't ask for help in carrying our luggage so I believed they are able assist in carrying your luggage by request.

Host is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist speaks good English. The location of the villa is superb, very near to the ancient village and night market. It is on a quiet street hence it is excellent for a light sleeper like me. They arranged a connecting room for us which we really appreciate.

Loved everything. The bed was comfy, the aircon was great. They had a small pool n only 2 minutes walk to Ancient town. The staff were so friendly n helpful. Highly reccomend this hotel for any type of traveller .

The bed was very hard. the rooms was small og smaller than advised on booking.com. Light came through the glass door from the stairway. Could easily be solved with blinds.

Nothing, was perfect

Amazing. The couple running it are so friendly and nice and always got up to greet us when they saw us. The bed was a bit too hard for my missus on the first night and they moved us to another room no problem, and also put us in touch with their daughter on what's app to help organise everything. It's very modern with new smart tvs, our new room had a big comfy bed, strong shower, and is very clean. Location is great too, just out of the busy areas by a few minutes walk, and also very close to the night market which is great Loved it here.

The room is a little on the small side for a couple as we were not able put up our luggages comfortably in our room.

Great location by the river, and a couple of mins walk to the night market. Amazing value for money.

The room door has a trasnlucid glass that make light enter from the hall. So the room was not completely dark even we had all lights turned off

The location is great, 3 minute walking to the river boats and night market but also very quiet to have a good rest. Staff is very kind and helps you with every single question. Excellent wifi speed and well equiped with refrigerator and air conditioner. The breakfast is very good, good portion and can choos between american breakfast (scramble or fried eggs and Omellet with bread and sausage) or Vietnamese breakfast (beef pho or some other noodle things which I don't remember the name). Great value for price

I booked the option of room only. It is a perfect place to stay where only few steps walking to the ancient town center of Hoi An. My room is on 2nd floor, looking over the river and ancient town in my eye catch. Room is super clean and the receptionist (Ms Thao) is are so helpful and nice

Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel and the room are so cute, very clean the owner and stuff very friendly. The location is perfect, quiet but near to the ancient town, the market, restaurants and shops. The Wifi is very good (90 mbps), the balcony with great river view and there‘s a small, clean pool on the ground floor. They also rent bicycles and motorbikes, have a laundry service and can help you wirh taxi or anything else. We highly recommend that hotel!

The location is great as it is on the river & very near the night market and old town. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and have a kettle, fridge & cute balcony. The family that own it are absolutely lovely! They are incredibly helpful and sweet.

Staff, location, price, comfort. Is a nice hotel for short stays. Better for solo travel, but still ok for couples. Next to the commercial and tourist area but quiet and comfortable. Nice hotel.....

Smelled like mould in both rooms. I have read other reviews that say the same. It’s obviously an issue they need to address. A real shame because the owners are nice people. But when you’re on vacation, you don’t want to have to “accept” rooms that smell mouldy.

Ruby was very polite on arrival. It’s a nice location and kind of quaint. It’s a shame the rooms are so dated and smell like mould… cannot recommend.

Room was dumpy. No elevator. No breakfast is available. Family room was very small. The photo posted in the booking.com is confusing. Customers will get attracted by looking at the hotel next door and finally will land up in this hotel which is not good at all
