Everything was pretty good 👍

Property is in a great location only 5-10 mins walk from the old town and river with lanterns etc. lots of places to eat and drink on your doorstep too. The family who run it are very nice and helped us book a trip to my son temples which was great.

Loved my stay- big bed and room, lovely two balconies, being able to use the bikes and bike to town or to the beach. The hosts were also super lovely and I felt very welcome.

Bathroom has a few marks and bedding a little discoloured but nothing that affected our stay! Little bit of a walk into town (15 minutes)

Staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful, especially when we need to stay an extra night due to bus issues! Very attentive and always willing to help. Room was a decent size, made a comfortable stay for a few nights.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The lady in the homestay was very kind, she showed us a lot of tours and things we could do in Hoi An. She recommended a great tailor to us, we could get bikes for free and the room was clean.The location is close to the city center. There are restaurants close by. All in all we liked the place a lot.

Hoang was lovely and went above and beyond, even though we only stayed for 1 night. Before our stay she reached out and organised travel from the airport to the homestay. Even though we arrived late in the afternoon, I had asked about laundry service which she says she provided and we were able to get our laundry done ready for the next day (before we checked out at 12). With checkout being at 12 and our next stop was a train ride at 1 in the morning, we were able to keep our bags at the homestay allowing us to continue exploring Hoi an and Da Nang that day. We did a tour, and got dropped off back at the homestay where we were hoping we'd be able to shower as it was very hot and sweaty that day even though we had checked out she allowed us to use the same room to freshen up which was amazing. She also organised transport to Da Nang for us to catch our train. The location is as mentioned 5min walk to the hustle and bustle, was a great base for us and Hoang was very accommodating.

The owner Hoang was charming with us and very helpful. She rent us free bycicle and umbrella and gave great advice. She also organised for us a cheaper car back to the train station in Da Nang. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend the place.

There was a problem with the hot water for the shower, but they graciously let us use the shower in another empty room.

The staff was very pleasant and brought up our suitcases and brought them down for us. The room was nice and had a nice little balcony. There were bicycles available to use to ride around town.

You have to walk about 5 mins as car cannot access the property but that is not a problem to me

It is close to the old quarter, about 10-15 minutes walk but still pretty quiet, you might still hear some noise from vehicles from the street but it is not disturbing. The room of clean and bright with a window and balcony.

De lady running the homestay was extremely friendly and helpful. Helping us with booking tickets and more. The homestay was about a 10 minute walk to the centre. There is no food offered by tge homestay but many great cafés and restaurants are closeby.

Shower seemed to be mega hot or slightly cold. This is a small complaint in when weighed with all the positives of this place. No major complaints.

The family running this place are great. The lady could not have helped us more. Very accommodating and helpful. The room worked out at £15 a night for 3 of us which I felt was just amazing for the room we got. The lady helped us organise motorbikes and helped my friend who has special requirements for storing medication do so. When we thought we had to cancel on the day the lady said no worries and she wouldn't charge us a penny. We ended up being able to sort out the medicine so we could stay in the end. Just a lovely lady really. Overall I really recommend this place. Great location. Great family. Really good overall.

the sheets were old and stained and had rips and tears, the room smelt damp due to the swamp/ land out the back. hard to regulate the water temperature in the shower.

the price was cheap, and the host was very kind. we were able to check out early in the morning and come and go as we pleased. the room was clean (floors, toliet, shower ect.) had good storage for our bags. plus so cheap!

Room felt very dusty and not cleaned properly. Also had a strong linger of mold which wasn’t pleasant.

Room had a damp smell and felt quite run down. I had to ask for new pillows as they were badly stained.

Staff are super friendly, speak great english and can help organise pretty much anything you need.
