We stayed in the rooftop room with a private pool. It was fantastic. The staff at the property were very friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Everything was perfekt!

Incredible stuff, we became early check-in and late check-out without any payment!!! Thanks a lot! Very beautiful interior and the room was spacious and clean!!! Free bicycles, so you can have easy get to the city center or beaches! Highly recommend to stay in Hoi An! I’ll definitely come again!

Our room didn't have any windows, so just something to be aware of if booking an Economy Double.

Staff were lovely, particularly Kim Chi! Always happy to help and ensure we enjoyed our time in Hoi An. The facilities at the hotel are good, with a nice big pool and space to relax. Breakfast was decent.

All the wonderful staff at the property. My swimming trunks blew off the balcony and they literately launched a rescue mission to pluck it off a giant bougainvillea bush risking life and limbs!

Very minor things really e.g. breakfast was full and there were no tables on my last day (i must have come down at a very busy time), I had to find the maid to ask her to clean the room. Otherwise it’s really excellent and great value for money.

The hotel is a perfect size, the rooms are great, breakfast is nice, staff are super friendly, we love happy hour at the rooftop bar and the pool table. We love the downstairs pool and sun loungers. We love the free bike rental. Kim Chi was super friendly at greeting us when we arrived and looking after us for our entire stay, she is great. The other staff members were also very happy to help.

It is a bit far from the old town for walking distance.

The hotel is really nice and clean, we stayed in a room with a balcony to the swimming pool, if was very spacious. Staff is very attentive and the breakfast options are good as well, omelette and fresh fruit. They also provide complimentary bikes.

Pool area doesn’t offer that many sunbeds. Location is a bit away from the city center but we liked this as closer to the beach, more quiet and very easy to get a ride to the center.

Great stay, very spacious and clean rooms, we shared the family suite. Staff very helpful, booking shuttles or taxis, memories show tickets, recommending tailors and restaurants. Private beach also available if you want to change from the pool. Great breakfast buffet. Bikes available at property.

Excellent quiet location, about 20 minute walk from the old town. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms Van. The breakfast was full of choices and a great start to the day. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay in beautiful Hoi An.

The pictures of the Hotel on Booking.com showed gorgeous vines growing down from the planter boxes, we were looking forward to seeing these so were Abita disappointed that they'd been removed. The hotel was still beautiful however. The wifi was a bit slow and kept dropping out.

The room was spacious with the bathtub being an added bonus. The staff were very helpful. Fabulous breakfast! First class cocktails! Lovely swimming pool.

Very nice breakfast and a great atmosphere. The staff was very kind and attentive. We enjoyed the boutique-size of the hotel, the beautiful rooms, elegant hallways and also the pool area was very charming.

Location was 10 mins walk to the town & 10 mins by car from its beach resort. There were decent places to eat nearby so no need to visit the centre of town with its touristy places!
