If you stay in the higher floors you have to walk up stairs, as elevator only goes to 6th floor but there are 9 in total.

Perfect location, helpful staff. Will arrange airport pickup and several trips for you, always responsive and polite.

The location was excellent - very near the lake. I stayed in the balcony room in the first (or second) floor and it was very spacious. I had daily cleaning. MARK is awesome. Helped me with all my questions and tours.

The hotel staff controlled any damage and our room was upgraded. There are cafés, restaurants, massage centres everything in close proximity, and at the same time at safe distance from crowded places so we can sleep peacefully.

Since they are in old quarter, expect that the breakfast area is not spacious. However, food is tasty especially Pho. Overall, service and my stay is absolutely fantastic.

The location is superb and the staff, they are all accommodating and helpful. They can also arrange airport transfers in additional cost. Tours are also available and you will get discounted rates. All known cafes are walking distance along with Hoan Kiem Lake. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room was comfortable and we slept well as we were 6 floors above the road and there was little noise. Great location only a short walk from Hoan Kiem lake and surrounded by restaurants. We booked a trip to Ha Long Bay through Mr Mark at the hotel and everything went smoothly. We would go back.

However, the location isn’t the best, but it’s easy to reach your desired spots with just a 3-4 minute walk.

The hotel has great staff, is clean, and offers a good breakfast. With a discount from Booking.com, it provides excellent value.

Staff were excellent, spoke English well, were friendly, honest and reliable. 24 hour staff. Rooms were serviced every day. Water included daily. Front desk changed money at excellent rates of conversion. Good choices for smorgasbord breakfast. Great location near all the night markets. Quiet room. Many street food stalls close and handy. Easy access to all forms of transport. Used GRAB exclusively to ensure price known before leaving. The street it is on is very busy during the day till 11pm, but our room was very QUIET. We received a very early breakfast as we had a 5am depart.

The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly! I stayed here for just under 3 weeks and loved the location, the people and the rooms. Huge rooms and fantastic desk space so you can easily work from here if you're a bit of a digital nomad like myself! Highly recommend for anyone staying in Hanoi ! 10/10

the door lock in our rest room is broken. the aircon takes time to cool the room.

the location is great since its in the Old Quarter. walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake and to the bus station (going to sapa) there are lots of nearby restaurant, cafe, and bank. Room is spacious and the breakfast is good even though it's basic. internet is great!

There is nothing to discuss like. as the hotel is neat and clean .Buffet breakfast is very delicious .

I like the location as it is very near to hoam kiem lake and other tourist places of old quarter .The staff of the hotel is very cooperative and always help the guests with great smile. Specialy the female Receptionist she is very experienced and hardworking employee.I have stayed in this hotel 2 times in different year and will stay again next year in 2025

Such a central location in Old Quarter. Great for exploring on foot as loads to see and do. Comfortable room, good AC, good breakfast and nice staff.
