Nothing to be bothered with.

Staff were excellent, spoke English well, were friendly, honest and reliable. 24 hour staff. Rooms were serviced every day. Water included daily. Front desk changed money at excellent rates of conversion. Good choices for smorgasbord breakfast. Great location near all the night markets. Quiet room. Many street food stalls close and handy. Easy access to all forms of transport. Used GRAB exclusively to ensure price known before leaving. The street it is on is very busy during the day till 11pm, but our room was very QUIET. We received a very early breakfast as we had a 5am depart.

The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly! I stayed here for just under 3 weeks and loved the location, the people and the rooms. Huge rooms and fantastic desk space so you can easily work from here if you're a bit of a digital nomad like myself! Highly recommend for anyone staying in Hanoi ! 10/10

the door lock in our rest room is broken. the aircon takes time to cool the room.

the location is great since its in the Old Quarter. walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake and to the bus station (going to sapa) there are lots of nearby restaurant, cafe, and bank. Room is spacious and the breakfast is good even though it's basic. internet is great!

There is nothing to discuss like. as the hotel is neat and clean .Buffet breakfast is very delicious .

I like the location as it is very near to hoam kiem lake and other tourist places of old quarter .The staff of the hotel is very cooperative and always help the guests with great smile. Specialy the female Receptionist she is very experienced and hardworking employee.I have stayed in this hotel 2 times in different year and will stay again next year in 2025

Such a central location in Old Quarter. Great for exploring on foot as loads to see and do. Comfortable room, good AC, good breakfast and nice staff.

The location of the hotel was ideal, in the Old quarter, just a few minutes from the Hanoi´s lake and close to all the monuments. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of option.

The breakfast room is small and limited seats. Breakfast (pho noodle, fried Eggs) officially serves at 6:45-7am-10am. There is steps to the elevator and is also small space. Need to walk few steps up or down to your floor.

Love the location. Walking distance to many places (near hoan kiem lake, train street, puppet theatre and the state bank of Vietnam to catch VinBus to k-town/grand world. Laundry service available. Room is quiet and AC worked perfectly. My family had room all 3 rooms on the 6th floor. Room was large and spacious and was able to fit 3 checked luggage’s with enough room to walk. Bathroom/shower was clean and had hot water quickly.

Some time controlling heat level in shower was hard

The most important thing for us was the management of hotel accommodating our request to keep our extra luggage while we were out of town for few days. Breakfast was delicious, especially the chicken soup. It was central location but not too crowded, so we could sleep well at night

The door of the room wasn't perfectly fitting and it was hard to lock, the elevator is ok but it stops in between the floors and could be annoying for some people with walking problems

Breakfast was decent and included with the room, nothing very special but the pho was really good and the staff is always very kind <3
