It says they care about the environment but they use significant detergent in the toilet bowl. It’s always a neon blue. Where do you see neon blue in nature? It’s not good for water supplies. Particularly in an area like Vietnam without good sewage systems to remove chemicals

Staff - they are amazing and really know what customer service is all about. We were greeted upon arrival with towels, snacks, and drinks then Tung or Thang gave us an overview of what to do in the city. Upon entering the room, found a hand written letter, thanking me for choosing their hotel. Such a sweet gesture! Staff can communicate very well in English. Even the bfast is delicious with heaps of options. Staff at the breakfast place is well organised and accommodating! Great service. One thing I have observe is the staff are really observing of what you may need and has initiative. They also always ask questions. Best customer service I have ever had. Whoever is managing this hotel (looks like it is Tung/ Thang), I am congratulating you. Our stay is nothing but amazing! Hotel also provided us with small gift upon check out. Just WOW!

What a cool hotel, but it doesn't end there. The hotel focuses on a personalised experience, eager to offer support in arranging things to do, transfers and even a manicure upon check in. Van Le (Emma) was absolutely amazing, and provided us with support in rescheduling the water puppet show and even gave us a send off care package! The restaurant at the to floor is great, and hostess Hier was knowledgeabke about the culture and Hanoi's rich history. Highly recommend this cool and well located hotel for your visit to Hanoi.

We had an issue with our room being different and a bit older / more tired than the one we had paid for. We didn’t have time to move so in the morning they did so much to remedy the situation, way more than necessary! The staff completely turned our experience around! To top it off my birthday was in a few days and they even gave me a little birthday cake at breakfast. The staff were amazing, thank you!

Friendliness of the staff. Nothing is ever an issue. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve stayed in. They have a lovely evening bar with a pool table. The breakfast is wonderful with a great selection.

It felt as if one half of the bed was a bit broken but it didn’t bother me enough to ask about it. We did inform at the check-out though and they said they’d check on it.

The staff are very polite and attentive. Nhung took great care of us. The location is central and not on a busy street. Breakfast staff are also friendly and there are good options for both Western and Asian visitors. We also got a very warm welcome and were offered to check-in earlier for free. The air conditioners are working well. We had some day trips organized during our stay and the staff gave us snacks and water for the journey.

Our time at bespoke trendy hotel was beyond 10/10 points. It’s a wonderful place in a perfect location of Hanoi. Hidden a bit away in the old quarters. The hotel itself is flawless. The rooms are beautiful and spacious (and extremely clean), the WiFi is super fast and free and the breakfast buffet is at a level of 5 star hotels. On top of these the staff at the hotel is just the crème de la creme of hospitality staff, every single employee of the hotel made sure that we were taken care of and made us quite literally feel at home at every step of the stay. Special mention to the incredible Ms Lena who is just an absolute star and made our stay extra special.

Room was fantastic, got an upgrade to the top floor room. Lovely view, comfortable bed. Love the location in the old town, was brought back to the 70s, a nostalgic feeling. Friendly staff, special shout out to David, who took the initiative to remember my name. Also Thao from the spa, super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic with vegetarian option.

Fire exit and escalator could be a bit challenged when it comes to emergency. Maid should focus a little bit more in bathroom tiles.

Amazing customer service from the moment I arrived, Ms Nhung was incredibly welcoming and helpful, a welcome drink and dried apricots, information and map provided as well as tips and suggestions on where to go. Ms Nhung also sent me links for two tailors nearby and arranged my taxi to the airport, in addition to messaging g me daily to check all was well and to ask if I needed any further help or information. I cannot thank the staff and particularly Ms Nhung for their generous and outstanding service, they far exceeded my expectations and I was in awe of the level of service. Absolutely the best customer experience I’ve ever had, we’ll done to all the staff and a special thanks to Ms Nhung

- This may have been user error, but no matter what we did the shower always seemed to flood water into the rest of the bathroom. But there was abundant hot water and the water pressure was very good. - The service at the restaurant for breakfast was incredibly attentive - maybe even too attentive! Our plates were frequently whisked away while we were still eating.

We had a lovely stay at Bespoke Trendy. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is tucked away down a side street in the Old Quarter - the location was ideal for walking but was also very quiet. We had no issues with street noise even though we were there on a Friday night. The service from the staff was warm and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I read a lot of reviews on hotels in Hanoi and they all seemed similar but I'm really glad to have chosen this one - my only regret is that we didn't have time to stay longer.
