It is well situated in a laneway in the Old Quarter which is the heart of things, but a bit less hectic. The staff at breakfast were very attentive and helpful in giving advice for our sightseeing. The spa attached to it was very good.

Big difference in quality between the rooms. Some are lovely and light, some basically have no daylight as you look into the very small courtyard opposite a large building.

The staff was really extremely helpful and nice. Beautiful people! David was really good with us and he took care of everything we needed. The staff even provided free food when I was sick and also a nice pack of food for our long trip to Ha Giang + many many other attentions.

We were not meant to stay here originally when coming to Hanoi but our first hotel cancelled just as we were boarding our flight. However, we’re so happy that they did as this hotel is exactly what we needed for our stay. Situated in a quiet part of the popular old quarter, we had a very nice room and the staff are very friendly. Lena was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions in perfect English, she also went above and beyond by helping us with our transport after we finished our stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Tung 🤩 Breakfast was terrific - a great selection of Vietnamese and European offerings. The hotel is very well appointed for highlights eg, Train Street and Long Waits Jazz Club.

Excellent stay in a great location in the old quater in Hanoi. Rooms are very clean, spacious and with all amenities. Service is exceptional and answered all our inquiries. The breakfast is good and with many options. Definitely coming back to this hotel next time we are in Hanoi

The overall services including the staff attitude, helpfulness and politeness are excellent. The room is clean and comfortable. I have good sleep. I also recommend you to try the breakfast in the hotel as the food quality is good and delicious. We have also tried the spa package " Relaxation Treatment " . The spa is excellent and value for money.

It says they care about the environment but they use significant detergent in the toilet bowl. It’s always a neon blue. Where do you see neon blue in nature? It’s not good for water supplies. Particularly in an area like Vietnam without good sewage systems to remove chemicals

Staff - they are amazing and really know what customer service is all about. We were greeted upon arrival with towels, snacks, and drinks then Tung or Thang gave us an overview of what to do in the city. Upon entering the room, found a hand written letter, thanking me for choosing their hotel. Such a sweet gesture! Staff can communicate very well in English. Even the bfast is delicious with heaps of options. Staff at the breakfast place is well organised and accommodating! Great service. One thing I have observe is the staff are really observing of what you may need and has initiative. They also always ask questions. Best customer service I have ever had. Whoever is managing this hotel (looks like it is Tung/ Thang), I am congratulating you. Our stay is nothing but amazing! Hotel also provided us with small gift upon check out. Just WOW!

What a cool hotel, but it doesn't end there. The hotel focuses on a personalised experience, eager to offer support in arranging things to do, transfers and even a manicure upon check in. Van Le (Emma) was absolutely amazing, and provided us with support in rescheduling the water puppet show and even gave us a send off care package! The restaurant at the to floor is great, and hostess Hier was knowledgeabke about the culture and Hanoi's rich history. Highly recommend this cool and well located hotel for your visit to Hanoi.

We had an issue with our room being different and a bit older / more tired than the one we had paid for. We didn’t have time to move so in the morning they did so much to remedy the situation, way more than necessary! The staff completely turned our experience around! To top it off my birthday was in a few days and they even gave me a little birthday cake at breakfast. The staff were amazing, thank you!

Friendliness of the staff. Nothing is ever an issue. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve stayed in. They have a lovely evening bar with a pool table. The breakfast is wonderful with a great selection.

It felt as if one half of the bed was a bit broken but it didn’t bother me enough to ask about it. We did inform at the check-out though and they said they’d check on it.

The staff are very polite and attentive. Nhung took great care of us. The location is central and not on a busy street. Breakfast staff are also friendly and there are good options for both Western and Asian visitors. We also got a very warm welcome and were offered to check-in earlier for free. The air conditioners are working well. We had some day trips organized during our stay and the staff gave us snacks and water for the journey.

Hospitality awesome. Staff were very friendly and always went a extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Very thoughtful about our needs and requirements. Food was tasty and they served a very specific menu as we were pure vegetarians. The approach to any location from this hotel is walkable. They guided us clearly for our tour and helped us plan a proper cruise
