Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was in a great location within the Old Quarter, and extremely convenient for sight seeing and enjoying Hanoi. The staff were unbelievably welcoming and friendly. The hotel is extremely clean, and comfortable.

The staff, each one of them are highly trained and very friendly. Location wise is perfect for walking around the major attractions with eateries all around. I pampered myself with the majesty suite and was very pleased with the bed quality, I overslept because of the comfort. The room smells so pleasant, I really enjoyed my stay.

Located conveniently at Old Quaters, Hanoi, with alot of good activities such as Hanoi Weekend Night market and water puppet show nearby. Tons of food options around the area that does not dissapoint especially the Banh Mi across the street! The staff are super helpful and polite taking care of us throughout out our stay!

Location is great, you can walk to all the major sights. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, there is nothing too much for them, they were the highlight of my stay. Bed is super comfortable, shower is great. The hotel gives you little extras. They were very helpful organising transfers from and to the airport and organising daytrips.

Tracy helped us on each thing during our stay and prior to our arrival communication was also fluid. Location is perfect, with places to eat, visit, and all you need around. Few meters from the lake. Breakfast is very good, served on a great place and with many options, also local and occidental. Our room was comfortable, clean and with a very good bed.

The hotel has the no 1 best sky bar in Hanoi. We were told this and tried other sky bars and it is true! The location was fantastic - walk around the corner to the lake, plenty of shops, restaurants and markets around. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. Rooms were spacious and the best bed we slept on all week!!
