We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Arriving after super typhoon Yagi, we needed to rearrange our itinerary due to the cancellation of our cruise. Jenny and her FO team were able to provide us with 3 rooms last minute and also help us with suggestions of things to do in Hanoi. Mikkelsen and the restaurant staff made us feel very welcome at breakfast everyday. The beautiful in-house spa also provided us great treatments. Mai, the General Manager, has done an excellent job in training her team and making La Sinfonia a lovely home for our Hanoi trip.

What an amazing stay, from the moment we walked through the grand double doors to checkout. We enjoyed room with balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful spacious room, with good storage, both shower and separate bath. Large windows and doors lead out to the balcony. Breakfast - Both selection of western foods, and Vietnamese food. Selection changed daily. Do offer Soy milk for cereal or in coffee for DF guests. Omelette would be one of the best I’ve had - I don’t eat cheese and for me it was cooked perfectly. Great chef! Sky bar - went to quite a few during our week in Hanoi and would say this has the best view over lake and Hue bridge - at night the beautiful red lights make this Skybar the best! The decor throughout the hotel to the Skybar is as the photos suggest. Simply luxurious. Location we found good, for morning walks around the lake. Good location to water puppet show. Found the food to our expectation. And good wine selection for Vietnam. All staff were so attentive, but a special thanks to guest relations Tracy and Mikkelsen for making this a very memorable stay! We will be back. Thanks again to the entire team.

DenmarkExcellent location in the center off Hanio. Short distances to the center of the old quarter and the French quarter. A lot of restaurants and shops just in front of the doorstep. Lovely breakfast at the top level of the hotel with a great view of the lake. Lastly an incredibly friendly and helpful staff, that have helped us with transport to our next destination. We are coming back😄

The Staff were exceptionally helpful. Out twin room with balcony and view was very comfortable. Facilities really excellent. I really loved this hotel in the heart of all the action/ old quarter. Jenny pre organized our breakfast when she noticed we hadn't eaten and were on our way to the airport. They are so thoughtful. I don't know how anyone could find fault with this hotel, it was was the best we stayed in Vietnam. Top notch breakfast and cocktails. Loved everything about it!
