The room was big, clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was very helpful and ready to help and advise. The breakfast is not much but it's a plus that is included.

ThailandIf you’re in a room facing the road, the honking on the streets can start as early as 5am. Also it was difficult to get the rain shower to work. But I later figured out that I needed to pull the rain shower knob before turning on the water as the water pressure was preventing me from being able to pull once the water is on.
The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. And the location allows you to explore on foot and there are a great many many restaurants close by not to mention coffee shops and cafes every few steps.

AustraliaFrom the moment we walked through the door and were greeted by the friendliest staff this set the tone for our stay. Lena at the front desk could not have been more helpful looking after us and arranging our day tour to Ninh Binh. Our room was really nice and comfortable and clean and the breakfast each day was lovely. After our stay we went on a 2 night Ha Long Bay cruise and we were able to leave our large cases behind and collect them on our return to Hanoi. We both had a Vietnamese body massage at the hotel which was amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage here while we were travelling. They also provided a very good laundry service. Highly recommended

Excellent location for exploring the Old Quarter but not too noisy. Superbly friendly and very helpful staff, Kris was brilliant and gave us local tips, recommended and booked our tour and cooking class for us. Lena had our booking all sorted out and arranged our airport transfer in advance. Nice selection available at breakfast including traditional local food. Gave us a very comfortable base for exploring Hanoi.

The two best things about this hotel are: 1. THE STAFF! Lena and Kris were amazing, super friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations. 2. The double glazed windows in our room! Our room looked onto the street, and knowing how noisy Hanoi is, the sound insulation was so appreciated! The location is super central, walking distance to everywhere. We didn’t like the breakfast options that much so skipped that. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our room was spotlessly clean with great amenities. We also loved the complimentary water each day and the delicious breakfast, set up in the cozy rooftop dining area. Everyone was so warm and friendly. Especially the wonderful Lena and Kris at the front desk. They provided 5 star service and were so kind, helpful and an utter delight to interact with. Lena even brought up a local delicacy to our room, after she noticed that we loved trying all the local dishes and favourites. Could not have asked for a better place and better first experience in Hanoi. Do yourself a huge favour and stay here. Location was also very convenient and we enjoyed walking everywhere. There is a bank nearby to change money, a pharmacy, a local convenience store opposite and countless cafes and sidewalk eateries right outside the doorstep!

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, quiet and in a great location right in the old town. The breakfast selection is very good and everything is very tasty. But above all the staff are really nice and helpful. We stayed there 2 nights and then came back after the Halong Bay tour. As we left that night, we didn’t need a hotel room but we could leave the luggage there, they booked us a wonderful restaurant including transfer, even though we were not even staying at the hotel that day. Thank you for everything! Will definitely come back when in Hanoi!
