The staff is approachable. She allowed us to take a shower on their spare bathroom even beyond we already checked out. Coming from a tour around hanoi and have a 9pm trip to sapa. Its a grate help that we were able to take shower before leaving. They also allowed late check in. Arrived 3 am and she help us book a taxi

It's old and small like the usual hotels in Hanoi. It's also in the middle of a local market, so it can be noisy early in the morning.

Location is really good. Close to nearly everything Old Quarter has to offer. Very affordable and the host is very friendly as well. She also lent us her umbrella since it was very rainy during out stay.

1. View from the window was not worth opening the blinds so artificial light only. 2. Mould in the corridors and a bit in the bathroom, "funny smell" in the room.

1. Perfect location - in the middle of Old Quarter. 2. Accommodating staff - we were able to check in at 3AM. 3. Room cleaning, fresh towels every two days. 4. How water and good pressure in the shower. 5. Good working WiFi and AC.

This hotel has a great location, the best redeeming quality that it offers. Although the property is in an old building and has facilties old and not modern, it makes up for its easy access to many places in the old town, etc. It is inside a small alley, and a small market is just outside this hotel in the morning. You can eat noodles, etc. from some of these local vendors outside at a price offered the same to the local people. Ms Lucy, the owner of this place, booked me a VIP Sedan on my way to the airport. The price is cheap at 280,000 VND and is comparable with grab price (or lower) but the quality of the car and the service is exceptional. She also refer me to a currency exchange shop just a 5-10 minute walk from her hotel, with very good rates. If you are not choosy and would just stay outside for most of the time, the place has acceptable amenities and facilities considering the very reasonable price.

Ms Lucy was very much cordial and supportive. She helped us a lot to avail the tour we had planned. Really a nice person she is. I hope we will visit again in the future.

The location couldn’t be more perfect, the rooms are a decent size with comfy beds. Felt very safe and Lucy was lovely and very helpful, she organised our transport to Cat Ba.

The room I booked looks a bit old. The wooden floor was old and not too clean.

The location of the hotel is right at the center. Easy to walk around the area. The staff is very nice, friendly and accommodating.

I stayed there to wait out Tết, and it’s one of the more budget friendly options during that period. It meets the basic needs of any traveller. Location is close to the famous Bún chả restaurant and about 10 minutes walk to Pho 10 Ly Quoc Su.

Ideally located in the Old Quarter and many of the tourist attractions are walkable distances from the hotel. Ms Lucy, the staff at the hotel was kind enough to let me check in well before time and she was helpful in booking and planning my tours around Hanoi.

The hotel is a bit old, but that's part of its charm and the owner is very helpful. This is how you feel good. The street next to the hotel is a bit narrower and therefore relatively quiet. The Cafe Hanoi with its beautiful courtyard is also recommended.
