The best hostel in Vietnam that I have stayed. Could not recommend enough. Just book and stay

Location is very good , beds are comfy and big, very help full staff , especially on reception They organised my ha gaing loop They do have different tours too , like sapa , cat ba , etc etc

Sometimes the communication with the reception was complicated and it looked like they didn't remember my requirements of the trip I wanted and ordered but everything worked out okay in the end.

Very nice and modern hostel close to old town. The beds were super spacious. Good breakfast and rooftop area. Used their laundry service and Ha Giang Loop tour and both were good.

Room is cold but in the capsule it's too hot when you close the curtain, so hard to fall asleep.

The bathroom and toilet were small and compared to the number of people, every person went to the bathroom, the toilet would definitely get wet. During the stay, there was a person from Southeast Asia staying in the room who was talking loudly on video calls. I got it and they came and silenced that uncultured person. Let's learn to keep silence in the shared hostel room.

It was clean, it was newly built, it had a good location, the staff were good, it had a good breakfast, it was good for the price.

A bit far from the main attractions and places in Hanoi. Also, the room is so tiny that the beds were squeezed in to fit in.

It is a modern, well-maintained hostel. The beds are incredibly comfortable. It has a lift which is great when you have suitcases. They have multiple, individual bathrooms for each floor. The staff were also incredibly kind and speak good English.

If the rooms are full like ours was then there’s not a lot of space to move around and it felt quite cramped at times

Rooms have comfortable beds with big storage lockers, breakfast on the terrace was lovely and the staff were amazing, fantastic value for money

Toilet/shower room's floor is always wet. I think a partition will help to minimise wetting the floor.

This is a new hostel, so I understand why the staff was hesitant to help me when someone occupied my bed (hesitant to talk to the guy who occupied my bed). As a result, we were moved to another room with males whose stuff was all over the place. Thankfully, we were staying for a night only.

We have 3 bathrooms on the floors (comprising toilets and showers) which tends to be too few when the place is full. Same idea for the common space which can easily be crowded with the ratio of people that the hostel can host versus space in the common areas.

Almost everything. The price, the staff's friendliness, the quality of the room, the breakfast, the location. The beds give full privacy with the curtains on each side of the bed. You have sockets, a locker and a mini shelf (outside the locker) to leave your stuff.

I didnt have socket at my bed to charge a phone, which was strange.

Staff was super nice, not well english, but super friendly, breakfast was great, rooftop is super nice too. Bed was super comfortable and good privacy. Really recommend.

Water sometimes cold in showers. Just a suggestion for the hostel- the ladder to get to the top bunk bed is a little short so it is difficult for someone who isn’t tall to step up to the bed. This is on the upper bed where the ladder is located on the wall beside the bed.

Staff were amazing, very friendly, helped book tours and allowed us to shower before our tour, very easy going staff which were great. Breakfast was good. Location 5/ 10 min walk from Main Street. Rooms were new and clean. Showers and toilets available in every floor.
