There was a tour group that made alot of noise in the middle of the night on the first day, and when this issue was brought up to the receptionists, they were so helpful in ensuring the noise didn't bother us the second night! The entire stay here was delightful, and the staff's service recovery was wonderful (even though the noise was something out of their control, they were able to find a good solution), we are really thankful for their help and service during our whole stay in Hanoi!!

The property is located just a walk away from the old street, there was barely any need to grab. The staff made my stay amazing with their great hospitality, it was really such a pleasant stay! The rooms are quite cosy and clean as well:-)

Maybe the TV can be improved, I couldn’t open the TV but it’s not important at all. The shower hanger can be fixed tightly, it dropped a few times xD

The receptionist is exceptional, well knowledgeable and warm hearted. Good knowledge about everything for tourist. Room is new, bed is comfortable. The breakfast is not bad, the restaurant staff also very welcoming. Will definitely come back and stay for my next trip!

Hanoi calista is a good value clean and comfortable boutique hotel that has small rooms that are well equipped for a guests comfort. We had a good stay there, the daily housekeeping kept everything neat and tidy, the breakfast and coffee is tasty, and the local area is really convenient with lots of shops and restaurants.

During our time in Hanoi, we stayed at the Hanoi Calista Hotel three times. Our small room was well-equipped, the bathroom was spotless, and daily housekeeping was available upon request. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering delicious Vietnam coffee, Vietnamese and Western options, and fresh tropical fruit. The wifi was reliable, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful, offering recommendations and walking directions. The central location made it easy to explore the old town, French Quarter, and other sites, while being tucked away from the main road ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The wifi also worked well, and the staff friendly, responsive and helpful, providing recommendations on things to do, places to eat, and walking directions in the local area. Location was very central and easy to walk around old town, french quarter, and many other sites. The hotel is off the main road, so it’s a little quieter at night, better for a good nights sleep.
