Our room faced the river. It was very loud with outside music til late It's a bit old and tired. The waiter in the rooftop restaurant spent the whole time on his phone, service was terrible. Food was very average

This is a gem of a hotel: excellent customer service, lovely spa, great breakfasts, lovely location. The view of the Mekong Delta from the balcony room is worth paying a little more for. Really wonderful stay!

They charge you for everything. I think it’s over rated compare to other hotels. Many hotels I stay would give us 2-4 small bottled water depending how many guests. And their travel essentials was ok

We loved the TTC Hotel. The rooms were spacious and the staff so attentive. Over looking the Mekong River and seeing the sun set was magnificent. TTC is close to the hustle and bustle of the night markets and closet the boats for floating market trips and Con Son island. The pool is a wonderful.spot to unwind from the days seightseeing

A previous review mentioned mice on the 5th floor. I was on the 7th floor and noticed there were mice droppings on the balcony. There seems to be a hole on both sides of the balcony for water drainage that connects to other balconies, and it seems that the mice use this as a way to get around. I'm only mentioning this as I'm a 50 year old man terrified of rodents, so I was paranoid of leaving balcony door opened in case one comes in. Maybe management could block the holes with grills or mesh.

Excellent location. River front with main entertainment district at front of hotel. Bonus Highlands coffee shop right outside hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable. Swimming pool was also good. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Stayed only one night in the hotel with very early checkput since we went to visit the floating market. So we didn't have a chance to taste the breakfast. The hotel upraded our room to a one with a river view. The bed was huge and very comfortable

It’s the worst hotel we’ve stayed with old & tired rooms with mouldy smells, non functional bathrooms with blocked toilet and dirty old towels. Dirty carpets and very hard bed that made my elderly mother unable to sleep. Breakfast was very ordinary (had better in 2 stars Hotels).

The reason why I booked this hotel was the Location and indeed it was the only Location that convenient to our family.

Staff should be trained better.

1.We had an issue when we checked out. The front desk told us they couldn't find the laundry bag in our room. If they couldn't find it, we would be charged $100,000 VND. When I came in the room, around 9pm, we were tired after a long day in a car, we didn't check the laundry bag. So, we were not sure we would be responsible for the loss. My friends who stayed in that room weren't in the lobby when we checked out, so we couldn't check it with her. My sister had to call them asking about the bag and they told us they didn't see it. We told the front desk we didn't take the bag. After that, they told us their staff didn't put the bag in our room. We are not happy with what they told us. They should have checked it with their staff FIRST before they asked the customers. That made us so uncomfortable and unhappy. It's 5 star hotel and staff should be trained well enough to deal with a very small issue like this. 2.The carpet in the room is pretty old and it should be replaced as well. 3.We appreciated a front desk check-in staff upgraded one room to the river view for my family. 4. The location is great, jus a short walk to Cai Rang boat station for Cho Noi Boat tour.
