The bathroom could've been a bit cleaner, other than it was fine.

The room was spacious and had a working ac with a fan just in case it got really hot. Luckily for me, I visited when the weather was not that bad, so I survived with just the AC. The view from the balcony is very impressive, and the room has a chair, so you can sit out front and catch a tan if you want. The TV has good channels and apps that can keep you occupied when you're not going out and visiting different places in hoi an. I borrowed a bicycle (for free) that I used to bike all the way up to the ancient city, which took about 15-20 minutes. I then rented a bike (150K VND p/day) to visit danang , climbed the marble mountains, and visited a cute restaurant. The hotel has a number of excursions that you can try out - I personally went for the ba na hills tour and the cooking class. Both Excursions went exceptionally well, and I'm looking forward to coming back 👍🏽🥳.

The WiFi in the hotel was pretty slow sometimes, but everything else was just fine.

It's a nice hotel with big rooms, including a balcony with a beautiful view. The receptionists Cuong and Ni are very friendly, always approachable and supportive during the stay. The breakfast is very affordable. Near the hotel there is a picturesque scenery with rice fields and palm trees. The swimming pool is also good. The location is a bit outside the city of Hoi An, but there are a couple of good restaurants nearby and Grab rides to the city or beach are always available for a cheap price.

Minor, and I hope they improve before next guest. The floors throughout the hotel, including in the rooms, were sticky. Create the feeling of dirtiness. Possibly due to using a dirty mop, excessive cleaning products, or the cleaner's lack of proper technique.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and take the initiative to help.

None. Although the location is out of the city. It’s like 10 minute motorcycle ride away from the tourist spots but no biggie at all.

The ambience, the look, the hospitality, the food, especially the spring rolls. Everything is excellent! I love my room it’s spacious! Plus, the bathroom is lovely!

Bike hire would have been great as the Location is very remote but this wasn't a problem as there is a local place for bike rental.

Beautiful surroundings, very clean, very remote & chilled.

Swimming pool didnt work for 36h, we planned on staying at the pool all day. Asked for a motorbike to compensate (as everything is a minimum of 20 mins away) they said no and gave us a bicycle under 35 degrees, also dont put any food in the fridge, as soon as you remove the card from the room, even the fridge turns off. Upsetting because the staff is nice, but bad management décisions make the experience bad.

The ground floor was a bit dirty, which is annoying since they ask you to take off your shoes upon entering. The A/C was barely up to the task of keeping the room temperature low enough, it always took a long time.

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and excellent value. Breakfast was also very nice, and the pool was a nice thing to have.

Cute little hotel - away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An town

    • Queen Suite with Spa Bath

The swimming pool was closed (that's what the board said) but later we saw some people in it. We could not use it. The description on booking.com said the facility offered bicycle rentals but they did not have it. I do not (in general) like glass partitions in between the room and bathrooms. In this case the blinds were also not properly closable. In general, hotels in Vietnam do not accept credit cards freely. They charged a 3% extra for "bank charges" (over and above what my bank charged me). I thought this is rather steep.

The property is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Although they could not speak English, they tried to communicate properly. They even arranged an airport drop taxi at early morning hours at a fairly reasonable price.
