Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

VietnamNot fault of the hotel : The location - to far from city center, traffic in the area is realy bad if you wanna book a taxi. Not so many restaurants in the area.
Staff was very helpful and polite.The room was clean, breakfast ( not so many options) was good and fresh, the pool and gym were nice. Near the hotel at 50-100m is a market, farmacy and some local clothing stores. Also near the lake are some coffe shops (5-7 min walking distance)

Very nice & clean apartments, the same applies for the pool area and sauna area. It is true that the appartments seem to be made for long term rentals, the breakfast is served within the 2nd floor within a empty apartment. Still that didn't bother us, in case it's crowded you're also free to take the breakfast to your room. Food selection is not huge but everything you get is yummy, fresh and good quality.

SingaporeThe staff at this hotel was the highlight of our trip! They were extremely friendly and went the extra mile for us. We decided to go for a day tour to Ninh Binh for the next day at 4pm and everything was managed by the staff within an hour. They provided to-go breakfast boxes for us early the next morning. At 7am, the reception already had our tour's meeting location somewhere in the Old Quarter on hand, and helped us booked a taxi immediately. Facilities in the room were also great with filtered water dispenser and washing machine. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of local, Japanese and Western food. Swimming pool was large and suitable for families.

South KoreaI enjoyed almost everything at the hotel. The room was absolutely clean and neat, so I didn't worry at all about sanitation. The staff was very kind and professional. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast, but it exceeded my expectations. Rather than just offering a wide variety of food that isn't very tasty, the hotel served fewer dishes, but they were much more delicious. The Pho and omelet they made were particularly good, and I enjoyed them a lot. As mentioned in other reviews, there aren't many restaurants, cafes, or convenience stores nearby, but since taxis (Grab) are reasonably priced and easy to catch, it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this hotel!
