You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanRoom is awful 😣, bed sheet is dirty. BTW, they didn't tell us that water needed to be paid for when we checked in. They charged us after we checked out. Although it's not expensive, it feels bad.
Staff is good, breakfast is good, coffee is wonderful. I think their food is the most delicious in Grand World. Their food saved my day.

First of all the Manager, Troy, made our stay as comfortable and pleasant as humanly possible. He is a man of his word and fully committed in his managing role. With good management like this, it goes without saying that the service and facilities at this hotel are unbeatable. Five star quality from breakfast in the morning to a peaceful and quality comfortable sleep at night. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the beach, Vinwonders and Grand World. Extra benefit is the free bus shuttle services to the airport, central town area and other major attractions.

Troy (the manager) is very helpful and always smiles, and made sure i have a pleasant experience in the hotel. He told me how to reach the hotel from airport for free through bus ride even without me asking him (I didn’t know there is free bus until he told me). Staffs are very friendly, tried to get what you need and speak English as best as they could. They have the best ice chocolate in their cafe that you can easily find in the first floor. Not too mention about how amazing their fish noodle is, I ordered both almost everyday 😂🤤. Room is clean, and housekeepers cleaned it even when i didn’t ask them to do so. It’s really near by the teddy bear museum! Everywhere is within walking distance because the hotel is located right in the attraction area. It was a very convenient and safe solo trip i had!

The hotel is new and everything is very clean and tastefully decorated.The beds were very comfortable. It's location in Mallorca is excellent .it means it's only 300metres to the beach. With a short walk in the other direction to the main attractions of Grand world.The staff were very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night.The room was serviced every day with clean towels.
