by the name, i thought it's gonna 24 hours stay, end up it is less flexible than usual hotel. they charge per hour if u want late check out/check in, which in other accomodation, we easily got 2 hours late checkout. the name is a bit mislead. the water from shower was flowing to wastafel area. we needed to wipe the floor everytime after shower so it's not flowing too far.

Very big bed, I mean 2 queen beds side by side..

Staff argued that persons from 15 to 17 year old are considered as adults, not children as mentioned in booking.com. Room was not ready when we come at the check in time with staff lying on the bed playing with phone instead of cleaning it.

About 3 min motorcycle ride from the hotel, we can get to the local cheap food area. Restaurants around hotel are very expensive. There's a small swimming pool (water is cold though) and a small elevator. WiFi works well. Hotel takes care of guests' motorcycle over the night for safety concern.

What an amazing hotel to say in . The rooms are spacious and clean. Quynh at reception was so helpful and really went out of her way to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here.

AC run out of gas, noisy Toilet floor design is reverse v causing the other part of the floor unable to drain Pillow too high with soft bed causing uncomfortable sleeping posture

The elevator sometimes had a cigarette or earthy smoke smell. Our bedroom had dirt and an old dirty cigarette behind the bedside table. The staff only gave us 1/2 toilet rolls when we ran out, so had to keep coming down for more, as we were staying for a week. I didn’t like the room didn’t have a small window and couldn’t see anything it was scary view of pipes and more cigarettes . Also the TV only had local channels. The staff wouldn’t let us use the swimming pool at 10pm, we had no idea it closes at 9pm, just seems silly when we just want a quiet swim. He obviously likes rules.

Good room, nice staff, amazing location 5 min to best beach ever (it’s a very long beach with skyscrapers that light up at night it’s so beautiful). The room was nice , enough storage for our suitcases, good shelf, wardrobe and drawers. There are lots of supermarkets near by, we struggled to find shops in Hanoi. Da nang was much better for bigger grocery shops.

Wifi is not the best.

Great location and very good price for what you get. The room is super clean and has all you need + the largest bed I've ever seen (i guess 2 king beds put together) but it was very comfy. You get a free glass water bottle (big one) that you can refill everyday for free. There are cold water bottles, snacks, toothbrushes etc. in the room but you'd need to pay for them. Other than that, they have a pool (covered) but nice. And the staff is friendly. Would recommend.

The room had an excellent breeze and they were able to loan me fan. I think the room could be updated... maybe they could paint the room. This would help alot.

The staff. The staff was very lovely and made time to actually talk to you. I learned more about Vietnam from my conversation with the young lady at the front desk (Q) then in a week in another location. I appreciate her time and helping me to enjoy Vietnam even more.

The apartment studio are awesome, with views to the beach. Sunny and vibrant place to stay. Closed by so many beautiful restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. One of the best areas to stay in Da Nang city.
