The staff was honestly the best staff you could even imagine: they helped and welcomed us since they picked up our luggage from the taxi when we arrived until the last second we left the hotel. From adjusting the bike seats before taking the bikes every time, to booking any transportation or theatre show or day tour we wanted to do, to accommodate a slightly later check out or a very late dinner, or to even prepare us a smoothie with fruits we bought before we took the taxi to the airport while we were getting ready!! They truly take care for you, help you and support you with anything you may need, and they truly care that your stay is the most wonderful. The hotel was a gem: quite and calm (truly cozy as its name), very new and modern (they opened just in December 2023), with an amazing swimming pool (clean water and very nice), and great hotel rooms! After the check out, since we had a late flight, they let us take a shower in the swimming pool/spa before we took our flight - super helpful after a whole day outside to start a journey all clean! Location was just perfect to stay in Hoi An: we used every time the free hotel bikes to move around (just 3’ to the centre!). Big thank you to all the amazing staff, you made our stay very special!

The interior design of the entire hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spacious with polished concrete floors which were cool on the feet. Our bathroom had a walk-in shower with a very high end Corian soaker tub. It was delightful. The best part of the hotel, although there were many, was the pool. It was shaded and the water was clean and most importantly cool. I loved every aspect of this stay. Special shout out to Thomas the doorman, as well as Tu and Lucy. They were gracious and accommodating!

I loved my stay at this gorgeous hotel. I enjoyed sitting by the beautiful pool and also sitting on my balcony watching the boats along the river. The staff ensure you are always happy. The hotel is new and very clean. The location is a short walk into old town along the river. I would definitely come back here if I return to Hoi An.

We lived everything about Cozy An Hoi An - the hospitable staff from airport pickup, front desk (esp. Ms. Lucy and team) to the restaurant and cleaning crew. The rooms were tastefully and superbly done and the pool was refreshing. And the breakfast buffet was nice. The property lives up to its name, "cozy" and "boutique." We plan to come back.

Amazing hotel. Everything is like a 5 star chain hotel. The room is perfect and has an incredible view. The stuff is professional. Everyone speaks English (It's not often like this in Vietnam). The restaurant is nice. There is a large selection on the buffet. The best hotel in Vietnam I've been to. If we go back to the Hoian, then only here.

The location is quietly located away from the town center, which gave me a good break from its business. The town center is still within walking distance. There is a free use of a bicycle and it was an easy ride to the outskirts of Hoi an. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast has a great variety from local to continental dishes.

Simply perfect! Probably the best accomadation we had in Vietnam. Staff was very kind and caring. It was remarkable that all of them were informed if we had some wish or request, they all took care of it and knew what the status is, without us having to repeat it every time. And the food in the restaurant was also great!

The hotel is located near the center of Hoi An, but just far enough from the center to not be too busy. There are also many fun things to do in the surrounding area (e.g. lantern making class) and some great restaurants near the river. And after a day of sightseeing, you can get some great drinks at the pool. The staff was really amazing (special thanks to Lang, with whom we had really fun conversations. It was really nice to get to know him). Furthermore, the Hotel is quite new. So everything looks really splendid.

The amenities, breakfast, and room were all good. But what was even better was the friendliness of the staff. And I was touched by their willingness to help. We were 6 adults and 2 children, and we all praised it as the best and would like to come back again. Pick-up and drop-off service. Massage, restaurant, and breakfast are all satisfactory!

Stayed 2 nights as a quick stop over trip in Hoi An and couldn’t have been happier. The staff were very accommodating and assisted us in planning our short stay. The room was clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the pool was exactly what you needed after a long day. Will stay here again on our next visit. Thank you again!

Hotel confirmed to pick us up in Danang. However they forgot to arrange the pickup, so we were waiting and waiting. After we called them they did arrange the transportation as fast as they could. In the end took us around 45 minutes waiting time. The staff sincerely apologised more than once, so I assume it was an unfortunate one time only mistake. Because of the fantastic service level they deserve the highest score.

The hotel is located just a short stroll from the main HoiAn night markets. The free bicycles were great. Could not praise this Hotel and its staff enough.

There was an odd smell like paint thinner in my friend's room that showed up on our last day. Staff brought a scented oil thing to cover the smell but I think they should have just offered another room.

Our stay here was lovely. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice pool. Location is just on the edge of the busy area, which made it walkable but quiet. Staff were all helpful and professional. They were willing to do the free airport pick up from the train station instead of the airport in Da Nang for us. Definitely recommend staying here.
