(-) Quite underwhelmed upon entering the lobby, which felt stifling and hot at 11:45 AM on a Sunday. But then I walked through the lobby around 10:30 PM on Monday night and found it pleasantly cool. At that moment, I felt comfortable yet puzzled. (-) Ever watched “A Quiet Place.” ? That’s how I felt about the excessively silent atmosphere at the buffet restaurant. Could you believe we had to be incredibly careful with our movements while eating, fearing that even the slightest noise would attract immediate attention? I mentioned this directly to Ly, the female receptionist. It seemed to improve the next morning but by the following morning, the “A Quiet Place” sensation returned. (-) Restaurant servers should be mindful of their demeanor and maintain focus on shift. To joke around while guests are present is clearly unprofessional in a hotel that commits to a 4-star standard. Furthermore, I requested a sunny-side-up egg (slightly runny), however, after 10 minutes, a male server mistakenly delivered to the wrong table. They didn’t even realize, and I had to request it again. When it finally arrived, it wasn’t as I’d hoped (with a broken and fully cooked yolk). (-) 3 hrs for bottle of water. We made the request through two phone calls to the morning receptionist, but after an extended wait, I lost patience and had to go to the minimart across the street to buy water. (-) Room Amenities: My partner noted that the housekeeper didn’t replenish hand towels during the room cleaning. There were also no refills of shampoo or shower gel. (-) Hairdryer constantly cut off every 5-7s and even emitted a burnt smell. (-) There is a juice/smoothie stall set up outside where I nearly slipped 3-4 times despite anticipating the risk. If a child or a pregnant woman were to fall because of it, the consequences could be dire. In conclusion, this remains a enjoyable vacation. (+) Early Check-in with Requested Decor: There’s nothing quite like the comfort of an early check-in when you’re eagerly anticipating your stay. We truly appreciated and valued the hotel’s valuable assistance. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel for accommodating my little request for room decoration. (+) Deluxe City View Room: This was our choice for our 3-night stay in Nha Trang. The genuine view differed from the images presented on booking sites, and if the window hadn’t been obstructed by protective film, the view would have been clearer and more inviting. The room also featured a dedicated workspace, and the bathroom was a significant plus with both shower and bathtub amenities. Overall, the room was airy and quite charming, good for capturing memorable selfies. (+) Rooftop Pool: This is a highlight not to be missed. Not many city-center hotels take the initiative to create a rooftop pool, but you can find one here. The water temperature in the pool was pleasantly warm, which was a nice touch. Additionally, there are a gym and a spacious area with a wide-angle view for smokers on the same floor. (+) Room Amenities: The room amenities were commendable, with an efficient air conditioning system that didn’t cut off at any point during our stay (at least not while we were there). The hot and cold water taps functioned well, and the TV connected to YouTube and Netflix. However, the image resolution was not ideal for those who prefer clarity, but this wasn’t a concern for us. (+) Special Thanks to the Staff: I would like to specifically commend the day security elderly for his understanding of service and attentiveness, as well as two front desk staff members, Thơm (who helped us with the early check-in) and Ly (who assisted with a few small requests). I’m sure there are many others in different departments as friendly as them; we just didn’t have the chance to meet them.

The other guests were noisy and loud in the public. They ran out of pool towels on some days.

My parents and aunty stayed in this room. The staff were very awesome and was able to accommodate our requests! The location is close proximity to Cho dam market and the beach.

Coffee was not on a warmer, so it was cold. Our room was near elevator and the other guests are noisy as they pass our room. The rooms aren’t sound proof from the front door.

Location was great. Right next to Cho dam market and Nha Trang beach. There is a fruit smoothie right in front of shop and a mini mart across the street. Pharmacy and laundry is 5 minute walk away. Price was good for our stay and the hotel staff were very friendly!

We had to change rooms on our second day as the hotel was fully booked but the staff made sure it was seamless transition.

The hotel is conveniently situated and features an aesthetically pleasing interior with remarkable architectural height. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided invaluable assistance in addressing our inquiries, arranging transportation, and ensuring an overall high-quality stay. Big Kudos for the two legends Anh and Trinh. Give these people a raise! The reason for my rating is because there is always space for improvement.

When i check in, the floor was dirty and i had to called the housekeeping.

The receptionists here are friendly and enthusiasm, mostly are Mr Viet Anh and Ms Thơm, because during my stay, i got some inconvenience but they solved very smothly.
