The shower wouldn’t work properly couldn’t get a good temperature without it being too hot or cold and not enough sunbeds by the pool

The location is perfect for those looking to experience the quieter side of Hoi An. While it's a bit away from the center, the tranquility and beautiful surroundings are worth it. Plus, the hotel offers easy access to the countryside and local attractions

We stayed for one night and it exceeded my expectations. The new villa caught my eye with its nice pictures, and it turned out to be wonderful. The stunning rice field view and peaceful Hoi An atmosphere were perfect. The pool was clean and beautiful. The staff, especially Jade, were attentive and thoughtful. The spacious room and comfortable mattress were great. I will stay longer next time.

I have enjoyed everything, beautiful room & bathroom, very clean, relaxing swimmingpool area and bikes available to go around. The hosts have been very professional as well and supported my requests. Highly recommend !

Wi-fi in this room worked worse than on the other side of the building The smell of sewage was sometimes so strong

I stayed a few times at this villa in different types of rooms - this type is beautiful and gives you a unique experience: to wake up in the morning and enjoy a beautiful view of the rice field. The bed is huge and very comfortable, the size and design of the room is great, on the terrace you can enjoy sunset or sunrise The location is great - in a quite, local area, but still close to the Old town, market and beaches

My favorite room and villa after 2 months around Hoi An The location is amazing if you like nature, but wanna be still close to the center and the beach The villa is located on a quiet street, by the rice field, so the place is peaceful and relaxing The room is big enough, bright, and very well-decorated the bed is so-so comfortable, small chairs and table are so ideal for sitting on the terrace on the first floor they have big, very-well equipment kitchen with a huge dining area facing the rice field wi-fi was strong and stable, also TV with Yuotub is a great bonus the couple who runs this hotel is so welcoming - they are always around, ready to answer any questions, and fixed all small issues right away

What a beautiful hotel. It is located outside of old town in a much more tranquil, peaceful part of time with views over rice paddy fields. The pool is lovely after a day exploring in the heat. we had a lovely little balcony outside our room which was lovely to sit on in the mornings. Extremely comfortable beds, good quality pillows, a nice big hot shower with good water pressure and a lovely bright modern room. The whole hotel looks super new and its run by a lovely couple who are there ti help with anything you need, from organising laundry to organizing you bikes you get around. We stayed for a month and i know we will be back!
