Some rooms are not as nice. I mistakenly booked a room with a city view and it was quite dull and layout not good. Luckily staff was very helpful and upgrade with a sea view was possible. I highly recommend sea view rooms.

Location and view are great, good value for money. Many shops and restaurants around.

The facilities are really in bad conditions. My friends’ room has a broken glass door. She told me she saw cockroaches. My room’s floor has some damages like it was collapsing in some area. The wall has many cracks. The room does not give me any luxurious vibes of a four star hotel. This is actually not even a hotel. They rent out rooms inside apartment of residential blocks. No gym, no swimming pool.

The sea view is nice, the location is perfect with many restaurants downstairs and the beach is in the front of the property.

I came with my scooter so i had to park it at the basement of the building and it’s quite dull and dated caused a bit of inconvenient with the lift and the room key cards

The standing fan is dusty, and there was dust on the TV and some electrical plugs. I am allergic to dusk so it makes me a bit uncomfortable.

- Wifi connection is the worst. This was a workcation but I could barely do work in my room because the wifi speed was so slow. - The front desk is hard to locate. - Deposit & payment is in cash only, the don't accept cards. - The cleanliness of the lobby and elevator area can be improved. But the room is clean and I am happy with that. - Water heater stops producing hot water after a few minutes of turning it on but this isn't too big of an issue to me. - Only 2 pillows on the bed. Could've given a couple more.

- The room is great! I love the beach view from the window. The bed was comfy and spacious for 1 person, and it gets cleaned every day. - Location is fantastic. I prefer to stay in Hon Chong Beach area than Nha Trang beach. GrabBike to the town takes only 5-10 minutes and it costs ~20k VND - Plug points in the room are abundant, and most of them have universal points. My adapter broke so this is super convenient. - Toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, soap, shampoo are provided.

As far as tours and rides to the airport the location was consider out of the tourist area and on some occasions we had to pay more because of the location. The hotel Requested a deposit that I was unaware of . Either they keep your passport or require a Million Dong deposit.

The beach location was great , good food and coffee shops but most were cash only... be prepared. lots of of street like vendors delicious food.

Random loud alarm going off at 5:30am when I was sleeping. The room is only somewhat clean but maybe I am a bit picky as well. No complimentary bottled water, only a pitcher was available.

There was a big language barrier with the house keeping staff and they appeared to be always laughing at me or about me for some reason? It may have been harmless but hard to tell! Not a major issue of course.

Great location right next to the beach. The hotel has the best affordable restaurant that I came across during my 3 week stay. House keeping did a great job cleaning. Great price for what you get. TV has very good English movie channels and also Netflix.

The beach is across the road but it’s too rocky and not an ideal bathing area. Many restaurants around the building but mostly overpriced and not good. For local, cheap and good one you need to go to the center, ab 4km
