Great location, short walk or bike ride to the beach, Kim the host was lovely and friendly, breakfast was delicious. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Sometimes you could hear the busy street but not a big deal. The heart of Hoi An is a 15 minute Grab away, which we didn't mind and did several times.

We loved this place so much we didn't want to leave! Kim was a wonderful, friendly host who can help you with anything you need while there. Breakfast was great, rooms were cool with comfy beds, free bikes to use and a sweet little neighborhood that is out of the touristy zone of Hoi An. The house dog, Lulu, and proximity to the beach were huge bonuses!

What a wonderful place this is! Kim is just the nicest person. She looks after everyone so well. Nothing is too much trouble. If I ever come back to Hoi An I will definitely stay here again. Just Amazing.

Kim is an excellent host and offers many services to ensure you have a pleasant stay. (Pick up service, laundry, activities...) The breakfast was good and everyday we could choose a different option. From the homestay it is only a short bike ride to the most beautiful beach...

It was on the main road, but that was about it.

There was a dog called Lulu, I love the fact that there is a hotel dog. There was an amazing community within the hotel.

I loved everything about this place. Kim was a super host from the very beginning, with a flexible check in on our early arrival. Our room was comfortable with all the right touches. Breakfast, full of delicious options was a nice start to each day. Kim also helped arrange anything we needed during our stay, all at very reasonable pricing. We hope to stay again some day.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our wonderful host Kim looked after us from start to finish, making great breakfasts and coffee, renting bikes and arranging our airport transfer. It couldn't have been a smoother visit and Kim and her family are lovely.

The bikes need some attention but frankly, the squeaks and rough nature actually lent to the character of the experience. I actually began to enjoy the bikes, LOL. Besides, you're never on the bike for more than 10 minutes since everything is so close.

This house is a gem within the village of An Bang. A solid wooden structure, with a large courtyard where you have breakfast and where you get your bikes or motorbikes. It located a 4 minute bike ride from the beach, or a leisurely 12 minute walk if you wish, to An Bang where you can enjoy authentic family run Vietnamese restaurants or craft beer bars or beach bungalows. Kim, your host, is a national treasure. She goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable, provides fantastic recommendations, and makes breakfast daily. She even showed my son how to make the signature dish of Hoi An, Cau Lau. The beds were comfortable, the A/C strong, the water hot, and the wifi was great. What else do you need? Just stay here and relax - you'll never regret one moment. Our stay with Kim was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam!

Our host Kim was exceptionally attentive and focussed on our needs. We really couldn't have asked for more. She had suggestions and ideas for trips and quickly made us feel very at home. It was good to get a massage on site. The nature of the house - a traditional house transported from Sapa made it very interesting.

Kims hospitality is amazing. She helped us with so many stuff. After arrival I forgot my passport in the taxi and her husband drove with me to the airport (40mins) to get it back and it worked. Without theyre help i would be lost. Thanks so much! She even is helping us with tours and transfers after our stay =)

Lovely accommodation with perfect host Kim, who provided the best traditional breakfasts for me. Very spacious room with everything you need. Easy walk to the beach or easy location for grab taxi/bike to Hoi An central. I'd happily stay here again.

Thanks to Kim we had a wonderful first few days on Hoi An. She is an excellent host and we would definitely recommend staying with her. We loved the local breakfast Kim made us every morning, enjoyed riding our bikes around Hoi An and to the beach (Kim’s bikes are free for use) and we received fantastic tips from Kim about local places to eat, visit and hang out.

Definitely recommended. It was a nice, clean homestay with reasonable price. The owner is so helpful and friendly. Don’t miss your breakfast there with options of local dishes.
