Our stay at the Acoustic Hotel was fabulous. We stayed in a spacious suite in the adjacent building, featuring a beautiful bathroom and a private terrace. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which served great cocktails. The Jacuzzi, with its stunning views and great music, was a highlight. The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the center of Old Qatar, or a $2 Grab ride away.

Elevators a bit small, feels like little to no ac in hallways and elevators.

We book one night, but ending up staying 3 nights. They gave us an upgrade in their new premier building next door. Very well maintained hotel,great staff, wonderful selection for breakfast.

The Acoustic is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It was flawlessly clean, had fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful, accommodating and polite, and who all spoke very good English. The room was large and immaculately presented, with an extremely comfortable bed and superb en-suite. The restaurant was excellent, fantastic food quality at a good price, well presented and with awesome views over the city - something the roof top bar can also boast! The breakfast was great, with lots of choice. My only disappointment is that we could only stay for one night.

We had the most superb and wonderful stay in Acoustic hotel Hanoi. Lovely clean rooms with excellent breakfast and service. A special thank you to Mr Tommy at the reception who gave us the best information and day trips to take in Hanoi. His valuable tips and suggestions for restaurants, attractions and areas to go to made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. He is definitely the GoTo man for all the best of Hanoi. We also appreciate and thank Kim and Hailey for the easy and smooth check-in and check-out process. They were always smiling and gracious. Lastly, the team of Vivian and Maria at the breakfast lounge were super hosts, kind, taking care of individual food preferences and making sure we had our plates full with delicious Vietnamese cuisine. We will definitely come back and stay at this gem of a hotel

The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. A special thank you to the manager of the rooftop bar who welcomed us for drinks in the evenings. We had an outstanding experience thanks to the entire staff, from the reception desk, the doormen, the restaurant staff the cleaning staff, to the maintenance staff. Thank you for making this stay flawless.

The breakfasts were out of this world, something for everyone. And I tried all of it. The location of the hotel is ideal for train street, the markets and within walking distance of the lake. Had a great experience on Halong Bay cruise which the Acoustic can organise for you.

The bathroom was small and awkward, but was clean and operationally perfect. The noise caused by inconsiderate guests on the floor near the elevator was annoying, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was good - same everyday but certainly adequate. Room was comfortable, but the balcony was not worth paying extra. A balcony view of the street would have been better. Bed was comfotable, wi-fi good, air-con great, reception and front office services were excellent. Location was very good and easy for Rideshare.

Nice and friendly teams, from the reception to the F&B teams. Ms. Kim attended to us professional during our check-in and everything was well organised. Room is clean and sound proofing from the road traffic is great. Location is perfect. Within 10-15 mins walk to all the main attractions. Highly recommended this hotel for leisure or business.

I usually dont ever write reviews but this property exceeded my expectations. They upgraded us to their biggest suite since we had kids and my kids had a blast and didnt want to leave the suite. Everything was top notch especially the service. Whenever I come back to Hanoi, this is where I would want to stay.

Acoustic hotel and spa is a four star hotel in a central location with easy accessibility to the main sights of Hanoi. We stayed in the the family suite (premium section of the hotel newly opened 2 months ago) and must say extremely spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms. Two Bathrooms. One had both shower and bath tub included. View from our room was not too great but unlike what other reviews said there was no noise from the street filtering into the room. The staff were great especially Ms. Kim. Extremely courteous, helpful in all aspects. She guided us on our points of interest in extreme detail. In fact the entire staff were at all times very friendly. Good buffet breakfast with variety of continental and Vietnamese options with a live counter. Great location. Walking distance to the train street (worth the hype), lake, night market, cathedral, loads of restaurants and cafés nearby including Indian ones. Overall a great place to stay with value for money.
