They did so much for us- organised bikes to do the Hai Van pass, let us check in slightly earlier, and did our laundry
The staff also speak excellent English which was a plus as our Vietnamese is limited.
The room is small but has everything. Breakfast was good, and had a few options to cater for non Vietnamese guests. The room was definitely value for money.
