We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArgentinaThe only thing in particular I can think of is that, when I needed cutlery I noticed that there’s none at the room.. Though it’s a minor thing and I’m sure if I would’ve asked on the front desk they would’ve provided me with some.
Almost everything from our stay was excellent, From Alejandro’s great attention in the front-desk, to the fact that they accommodated us with an early check-in; the room was cozy and perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was pretty good.

BrazilBefore I start, I'd like to state that nothing I didn't like actually detracted from the experience and I still recommend the stay... The staff at the reception were very polite and kind, but could help a little more with informations like: tourist attractions and suggestions, how the facilities of the hotel works, what was included in the price (for example, we didn't know that coffee capsules in the room were included and discovered only at checkout) The room service was irregular, some days we had everything replaced: new towels, toilet paper, even towel swans in our bed. But in others, we had to ask for the toilet paper and on another day they didn't put a new bathroom mat (we used one of the towels to step on after the shower). The hair conditioner ran out and was not replaced either. The room was really dark, even with all the lights on. It is cozy and everything, but even with the little lamp on the counter, it was difficult for my wife to put her make up on. My suggestion is to provide at least one good spot of light specifically for that. Breakfast was overpriced, since it had only a few options and not even one typical dish from Uruguay (like alfajores or dulce de leche). The croissants and cakes were not very pleasant as well, the coffee was also very bad.
I was celebrating 2 years of marriage and previously informed the staff. They gave us 2 welcome drinks at the check in and also gifted us with chocolate and a very cute message. One day the room service made towel swans in our bed, only a detail but made us happy. The room was very clean when we got there and a good size. The bathroom was good, nice shower. The location is also good, since it is near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. All the receptionists were very kind, specially Vanessa. They offer all the meals in the hotel (at the same -expensive- price as most restaurants in the area), which is very practical when is just too cold to go outside, rainy or you're just too tired from all of tourist walks.

FinlandCannot think of a singular issue. Still, I am not from Finland (why Finland??)...I am originally from Belgium and still spend a lot of time there.
Especially the people who worked in the hotel. They all appeared to like their job, they were helpful and prompt in helping. Eventhough they spoke very little English, they made it up by being personable and always available. A special group of people. Thanks!

BrazilThe fridge in the room didn't work well, it didn't cool at all. One of the beds had a very old mattress that slumped when lying down, needs to be replaced with a new mattress.
The hotel is excellent! Very well located, 100 meters from Poncitos beach, with restaurants, shops, currency exchange, and markets within walking distance. The room is very big, comfortable. Excellent bathroom with new towels and bedding. Breakfast is amazing, lots of variety. The staff is very polite. We stayed twice at this hotel on our trip to Uruguay, and we will certainly stay again in the next one.

Not all food is freely available. It's not very comfortable that you need to communicate with the waiter, it seems that you are being controlled.
