Everything was outstanding from the small details to the big things like comfortable bed, modern bathroom and hot shower, impressive breakfast buffet and interior pool and of course the wonderfully kind staff!

The carpets on each floor should be cleaned more often as we thought they smelled a bit musty but other than that, everything was great!

The hotel's location is just perfect! We arrived and immediately went down to the beach for a walk. The hotel is not new but it is renovated and well maintained. The breakfast is amazing, with tons of options of bread, pastries, fruit and a cooked breakfast section. My husband and I had the best time with our parents.

Valet scratched my rental car badly and wouldn't acknowledge it. Although they were courteous in dealing with it, they didn't check the camera recording around the time I first parked the car in the hotel to prove the car had no damage on it. Concierge texted me stating that the scratch was there when I parked the car late at night. I asked them to check when I first gave them the car during check in... but they never got back to me. I had gone straight from the car rental to the hotel, and there was no scratch on an almost new car. I went out at night, but I didn't check the car when given to me by valet. I parked with the driver's side to the sidewalk and returned to the hotel late at night without any incident. Thank God I had insurance on it. I simply recommend you check your car when returned to you before you leave premises at any time. Do not expect that valet would volunteer any information if anything happened to a car under their care. The irony of all of this is that I asked to be able to park the car myself, and front desk told me it was not possible. I had to use valet parking.

Great breakfast. Good facilities. Safe area. Great staff. It feels safe to be surrounded by so much protection. I guess having a casino in the hotel is quite convenient.

It didn’t have a fan in the bathroom, didn’t have an outlet next to the bed.they didn’t have a coffee maker and if you ask for one you get extra charge!!

The main restaurant was the only one open for most days, so if you are there on business, you don't have too many options within the resort, other than the casino.

The resort was clean and beautiful. Right across from the resort, there were several restaurants and a lovely boardwalk. To get into downtown Punta del Este, it can be a bit of a walk, so be prepared for that. The breakfasts were good, not too many options for people with egg allergies but other than that, the fruit was fresh and they had quite a selection of breads to choose from. The rooms were clean, modern, and beautiful. I had a lovely room with a beautiful view of the sea. The resort has several amenities, like paddle tennis, jogging tracks, a spa, and the usual gym and swimming pool. We loved our stay.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t book more nights!

The facilities are great, the spa and pools are big and clean. The room was just perfect featuring a direct view to the beach, also very big and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, it had plenty options to choose from as expected. Many elevators so I never had to wait over a minute to get places. But the staff is truly their biggest asset: everyone is so friendly, polite and they’re always willing to help or give any recommendations thus making sure you have the best time in your stay.

No complimentary drinking water and the guest service tap water is safe to drink but v don’t recommend. No basic amenities like kettle, cups, water

The service in the casino is terrible!!! Waitresses taking a lot of time to help the guards!!!

The hotel on top of the cassino is nice. The view to the sea was amazing!
