We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis was a gem of a stay in the Stowe area. Our apartment was fabulous, clean, comfy beds, extremely well kitted out with lots of space and a wonderful balcony looking towards the mountains which was perfect to watch the sunrise. The location was very good for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed off season and it felt quite quiet, it might not be so peaceful in the summer months.

The location was wonderful - very close to Stowe via Smugglers Notch and the restaurants in Stowe. The view of the autumn leaves from our unit was spectacular. Our unit was clean & comfortable and check-in was very easy.

Didn't have breakfast nor any other meals on site. The spaciousness of the rooms. The comfort of the beds. The overall cleanliness. Staff was very helpful at the reception.

Lots of options for activities and the condo in Oaks was well stocked and nice.

United StatesWhen I rented the place, it listed the pool and other amenities. When we asked about the pool, they said it would be 90 bucks a day per adult and 70 bucks a day per child to use the pool. Paying over 300 bucks just to swim is ridiculous, and the listing should have explained that before we rented it.
The facilities were beautiful, the staff seemed happy, the scenery and area were nice, and the apartment itself was roomy and nice.

The location to the hiking trailheads were unbeatable. we stayed off-season, so most of the facilities were closed. I’m sure the price per night is higher during peak season.

United StatesWhat I didn’t like is that neither at time of booking, nor in the emails, nor at the check in was I informed about the resort fee. it’s just not right that they went about the security deposit and purposely didn’t tell about the resort fees, probably to avoid confrontation. That moment really spoiled my experience: they aren’t being transparent. Also, there wasn’t anyone at the Wyndham desk when I wanted to check out and had a question about credit card. We ended up going to the other desk where ladies helped us partially, but it seemed like they were using a different system or something.
Beautiful property! I’d love to stay there again. comfortable, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful view!

United StatesWhen I booked the condo one of the amenities was a pool, however there was no indication that in order to use one of the pool complexes you needed to be a Wyndham owner. Non owners were charged a daily amount of over $400.00 for a family of 4 to use the pool facilities-not acceptable. Just about everything was an extra charge. Will not book at Wyndham again
