We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We've stayed at this hotel 4 times now when my daughter has had dance competitions. We keep coming back because the facilities are clean, quiet and comfortable! Snow wasn't removed on road between hotel and access road (in an industrial park): slippery and up hiill.

Only one working outlet as well, I had to move the microwave across the room to use it. Very noisy guests in surrounding rooms.

United StatesHotel was the DIRTIEST hotel I've ever stayed in, if I could give it a ZERO I would! Smelled like mold/mildew and an old stale ashtray. Room wasn't clean. Bathroom was disgusting; urine stains on toilet, bathtub slimy, mirror smeared. Carpet dirty, turned socks black. Dust bunnies under the bed. Pillow cases were so thin you could see through them. Desk had cleaning solutions spots that hadn't been wiped off. Walls had visible dirt smears. Restaurant closed, listed open on their website. "Grab and Go" breakfast consisted of cold cereal, bagels, some juice. Not what I consider a breakfast, unless your a child. Staff nowhere to be found to address concerns.
Sheets & bedspread were clean. TV remote, dresser, and top of night stands clean. Everything else was dirty.

Complete disregard for a tired guest that's been travelling with several hours of delays. No answer when trying to contact to make them aware of late arrival. Charging an extra night as they cancelled my original room booking. Available "breakfast" was a polystyrene bowl of cereal, a piece of overripe fruit and an orange juice or water. Very old fashioned decor.
