We were tired when we arrived and had hoped for a hot tub. We were pleasantly surprised to have our own private soaking tub with bath salts! The bar and dining area was also lovely.

we got a room overlooking the main "square"/entrance of the hotel. we unfortunately couldn't keep our curtains open whenever we stayed in the room as the entire hotel would be able to see us otherwise, so we had to stay with the blackout curtains closed the entire stay. room service was expensive so we didn't order any drinks or meals. i was charged $200 more than the price given in booking.com. also no freebies other than toiletries :(

gorgeous building with a very pretty interior; my partner and i adored the "building-inside-of-a-building" vibe. it was also great that it was completely soundproof, furthermore the sound of the indoor fountain was very calming at night. there was parking available outside the hotel by the entrance as well. very kind and patient staff!!

The staff energy/morale level was low. It wasn't bad. They did their job, but with a pained approach. No one looked happy to be there, not one smile from the front desk to buffet staff. The only positive interaction I received was from the shuttle driver, for the 3 days I was there. Maybe it was an off weekend but the level of service didn't match the beautiful hotel.

Hotel suites were amazing and relaxing. Food was delicious and eating inside atrium was vegas level magic. It made the snow and cold momentarily disappear.

Our only complaint was that the pillows were very soft. In hindsight I should have asked if there were harder pillows available. Luckily, there were enough pillows to pile them high although even that was not enough for my head to be propped up like I need.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff absolutely wonderful, especially the ladies at the front desk. Breakfast was outstanding and the shuttle worked great.

This hotel is perfect I absolutely love everything about it.

I've stayed here at least 5 times. And this hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are incredible and you feel like you're sleeping on a king size pillow. The rooms are very clean and have a great view out of your window. Most of all my favorite is their spa like a bathtub. So relaxing and enjoyable. We just needed a night to get away and relax. And it was perfect . I would definitely recommend staying here. And their prices are very reasonable.

I wish the complimentary bar tickets were good for additional days of our stay, instead of just the 1st night of your stay.

I love the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, the size of the bathroom! I feel like we are kings & queens when we stay here. I love their complimentary bar tickets, and their fresh breakfast buffet is really the best I have ever had at a hotel. I love the coy fish that swim in the man-made stream that is in the atrium breakfast & dining area. I stay here every time I visit the Denver area.

The carpet

The property itself was great. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only issue is America’s obsession with carpet. Automatically makes any place look cheap.

Bed was extremely comfortable very good nights sleep, big roomy bathroom with bath & large shower, two wash hand basins, desk, table and plenty of large pillows. Hotel went out of their way to extend checkout as we have evening flight home. We have stayed here a few years ago so knew it was a good place to come back to near the airport

While elegant, some things were not practical. No face towel hangers by the sinks and cabinet closets which made it difficult to find clothing, especially for guests staying multiple nights. Some of the exit doors do not allow reentry, even with your room key. So, one has to walk all the way around to the front entrance to get back into the hotel.

The hotel is elegant and extremely clean. The food on the breakfast buffet was very good with multiple choices. All staff encountered were amenable and responsive. The separate tub and shower combination was nice, and the shower was excellent.
