Thin walls. You can hear EVERYTHING. Sounded like the people above us were sawing furniture.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would like. It was just ok.

The hotel was newly renovated and clean. The staff was very professional. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and kitchen. Very nice!!!

We dont like that the floor is so dirty. It looks clean but if ypu have no shoes ypu cannot walk barefoot and even with socks. My daughters socks are looking so dirty every time. She needs to change her socks a lot of times in a day. The room can upgrade to have a table that 4 people can set to eat. And should have a sofa for a family to seat. As we stayed for 4 nights it would be nice to enjoy setting in a comfortable sofa. And also people upstairs are so noicy foot 😆. But we understood for having kids. But staffs should aware the people with kids avoid too much jumping or running for people down floors. If we will be back next time we would like to be in the 3rd floor. 😊

We like the location and staffs. The room is nice , i like that i can cook in the kitchen and have big enough refrigerator. And it is nearby to everything! Nearby to the places that we want to visits. And staffs are nice.

The pillows was half size and the bed was semi sturdy. The workout room didn’t have individual weights nor a bench. The money and value it was equal.

The accommodations, though clean and comfortable, were very bare-bones...not even a coffee maker and blow dryer in the room. Most suites motels have dishes and utensils. We did not need those but did need an ironing board, which I had to ask for and carry up myself.

If breakfast was provided we were not made aware of it and we saw no evidence of it.

Some of our linens were not clean. One of the blankets on the bed and a towel was not clean. staff provide new linens upon request.

That the full kitchen rooms didn’t offer any appliances. Nor did the room have an iron, you have to go to the front desk to request one but only was it available if others wasn’t using it.

Upon arrival after hours they have like a roll up style gate at the front desk so it would make someone feel unsafe in this location but I must say I was not worried about the location at all. There’s no breakfast and just a simple coffee machine if that’s what you want to call it. I booked through booking.com at one total price but was charged $28 more when I checked in. The morning manager did tell me she would look into and get it straight and refund me back the $28. Keep in mind that this facility is more of an extended stay hotel so it came with a full fridge and a two eye mini stove top. The bed sits on a kinda ok metal frame that makes some noise if you move around too much and the mattress is kinda thin. The walls are thin also. Our first night was great and I didn’t notice it till the second night. The couple next door was snoring so hard that I could hear it with the tv on. If you’re going for a night or two then yeah it will definitely work. The hotel also sits right behind the CVS so you might pass it by your first time. If you want to get something to eat there’s a few restaurants about a mile or so on Jefferson Road.

Amenities were not that good. No bag for dirty clothes, no coffee, nothing in the bathroom (hardly any towels, no tissues) no DO NOT DISTURB sign for the door. You can’t come up to the room because of the rule you need to have a card for the room. (My girlfriend who came late didn’t like this at all) Just little things nothing that I would say would keep me away.

Booking showed me a whole different place when I got to site it didn't have a pool my room didn't have a kitchen so I had to pay extra and the room was small no room service you have to be there two weeks so if you want clean towels you got to go to from desk it was not a good experience I will not be using Booking again

The people above us decided to run around screaming from 2 to 4 am. Also, there was no hot water in the shower.

The staff was extremely rude. If I asked for more than 1 roll of toilet paper in a day they would say no, I had to buy my own. The hotel almost caught fire 3 times and I stayed for 3 weeks. I have 2 ESA’s for my animals and they did not accept and even talked horribly about them, they said they would not retrieve them in case of a fire. My anxiety was through the roof because of this. After this stay I registered my dogs as service animals for fear another hotel would have a problem. I was charged $25/day/per pet. Absurd. The cabinet door literally fell off and onto my foot twice and their reasoning was “it’s not built well”. This is an extended stay hotel. I have never been so displeased.

The tv did not have much to watch, need to have more channels or have Roku so if you have an account you can log in and delete you account when you leave. Most of the channels were for kids or channels that no one would watch other then sports. 3 out of the 7 days they had no coffie made. ;-(

We stayed for a week, the room was clean, even had a dish washer. The place was full every night. It was a little hard to find because the direction take you to WAWA. The building is behind wawa. It was very clean and the ladies that worked there was very kind. The young lady that took care of us was very young and kind. we were looking for places to eat and she took the time to help us. It was very quiet at night other then hearing the bak door slam close , but we were also in room 122 right by the door. We will be back again.
