Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesBeing bothered by guest staff on a weekly basis for stupid stuff ,also the beds could be more comfortable..But main concern people above us were jerks and there kids stayed up round the clock no Courteous for other people staying in hotel at all.I complained to front desk to nothing happening I called corporate and they were suppose to be moved and that didn't happen so not pleased will be looking for another place to stay when my stay is up I will not be rebooking...

United StatesThe parking area has essentially been turned into a noisy garage, with people staying in their parked cars for hours while engines roar louder than a train. The constant noise makes it impossible to sleep or relax, especially if you're staying on the lower levels where the windows literally shake from the vibrations. The Wi-Fi is another major issue. It's limited to just one device and is painfully slow, making it difficult to stay connected. To top it all off, the strong smell of cooking food permeates the building, creating an unpleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.
On the positive side, the price is reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, these positives were overshadowed by some major issues.

Nothing. By far worse hotel check in experience ever. I was told that I couldn't check in until 1500hrs. Shortly after that Mr Calvin came out front and informed me that even after 1500hrs I would not be able to check in because they were fully booked up. I was a little stun because I wasn't sure if he was joking because I just made a reservation. Apparently I must have upset Ms Maggie who turn out to be the manager. However she was standing on the front side of the checking desk where the customers stand and naturally I thought she was a customer. Truth be told the way she was dressed and the look she gave me when I mentioned something jokingly about a Father's Day discount. You made a really unprofessional comment definitely coming from management of this establishment considering it was Father's Day. I know I had missing a Father's Day discount and I heard attitude changed I'm not sure why however little did she know June 16th 1996 was the day my father died which was actually on Father Day which was this exact date. Even the more reason why my comment of that they need to learn how to cater to the guest and make sure the gas is taken care of because they never know who they are talking to. I wasn't saying it to be rude as if I was some special person or anything I was just saying each customer should be treated the same I am a 61-year-old four time combat disabled veteran with an impeccable record who was not allowed to check into the hotel on all days... Father's Day. So now my ride is gone My dog and I are stuck out in this excruciating hot 100° index weather on Father's Day I'm at that again all because she really didn't want to hear the truth. And that was a brutal example of discriminating against someone who she really didn't know and really didn't care to find out who he was.
