The breakfast was pretty sparse. They didn’t seem to restock items, so it was pretty slim pickings at 8:20, even though they supposedly served until 9:00. There was also only one hook in the entire room for towels, and not one towel bar. That seemed pretty weird, and it made it hard for 4 people to find somewhere to hang their shower towels.

The room was a very nice size. I love that the sink area was separate from the toilet and shower room. There was plenty of floor space and an extra wet bar area with the fridge and sink. It was clean and not far from downtown Coeur D’Alene.

Doggy area was far away and little. I was by myself so it was scary to go out there. But thankful it was there!

The tv location is so awkward It's a suite you want to see it from the sofa but you can't and would have to sit on the end of the bed to watch it

Nothing really -

We were passing through town on the way to Seattle and we found this place as it was convenient and right off highway. Room was big and clean. Staff at check-in were super nice. Daughter forgot her kindle in the room and she contacted them and they had found it at cleaning. They offered to mail it to her and she received it a week or so later. Would stay again if passing through town

Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom toilet was not up to code height. Shower curtain to short to prevent water coming out on floor. The extra pet fee of $25 , per day was not mentioned upon booking. And no military discount was given when asked. Was told had to be at time of booking. There was no where to ask for that on the site.our

Building was being worked on, and I believe it was because of a pipe issue due to the below freezing weather.

Nothing to dislike. Don't mess with a good thing!

Very nice and modern Comfort Inn in a convenient location for freeway access. Our King Suite room had a large sitting area, above average size TV, and was very quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. We'll stay here again!

We were on the second floor and could hear everything going on in the room above us. We heard a lot of running around & stomping noises during the night

In our room the bathroom fan didn't work, no safe, digital clock needs to be replaced. Ice machine on our floor (3rd) was not in operation and neither were the ice machines on the 4th or 2nd floors.

Lobby was inviting, enjoyed the freshly baked cookies in the evening and the lemon infused ice water and coffee/tea bar.

Toilets could be tall enough that you did not have to fall into them and find parts of your anatomy occasionally immersed in water.

Breakfast was better than a lot of places but not our favorite, with no real complaint. The desk clerk Cassandra was extremely helpful and polite. The fact the Hotel also provides full time residence for seasonal/foreign workers we found admirable. They stayed quiet and obviously were focused on work. The renovations are nice, with great improvements to the pool area.

The room was not so clean, bed sheets didn’t feel clean and didn’t smell good, and there was no body wash gel. The hotel is not far from I-90 and you can hear the cars go all night

Biscuits and gravy! Lol Bacon was a bit soggy due to steam table also the same with the biscuits.

Breakfast was good, Nothing above, supplied the basic breakfast needs. Don’t have Biscuits and Gravy. Lol it was just good.
